Adnan Oktar’s Call-up Made an Impact and the Turkish Red Crescent Went to Egypt for Aid

During the events on the morning of July 27^th  morning, as a result of the security forces firing on anti-coup demronstators in Egypt’s capital Cairo, it is stated that approximately 200 people were dead and 4,500 people are injured. It is stated that the security forces are inhibiting the transportation and treatment of casualties by closing streets of the Square and using tear gas. Thousands of casualties failed to reach needed medical supplies and  treatment opportunities and were subject to the risk of death.

Along with the beginning of the events, Adnan Oktar has immediately started two different hashtags that calls-up for aid by the Turkish Red Crescent and International Red Cross for Egypt.

Within an hour or two, these tags were Top tweets in Turkey and in World lists and  stayed on top.

The Turkish Red Crescent has started aid efforts to the Egyptian people who were affected from the events after the coup. According to the written statement of the institution, Member of the Board Directors of the Red Crescent Kamil Kolabaş has gone to Egypt to discuss  possible aid services for Egyptian people who were affected by the events.
