Religion is life itself. Religion and life is in one another; there is music in religion, there is fun in religion. There is the best kind of food and beverage in religion. Everything that is beautiful and clean has a place in religion. Some regard religion as a mystical ceremony. Once that ceremony ends, life starts in their opinion. That is not acceptable. Religion is found throughout the whole of life.

People searching for love should train themselves to be loveable. The person you are facing might be a superior person, one with good morality who has trained himself very well and it is absolutely natural for you to love him, everyone would love such a person. What is important is for you to see if you are loveable or not. Better yourself, see how you serve God, see if you are a man of cause, see what your commitment to Islam and the Qur'an is like. See to which extent you are able to strain yourself under difficult conditions. As described in the Qur'an, see if you are ready for a steep path.

Actually, they –in their twisted minds- imagined that they could test God. That is what God does in return. The Islamic community is a festive community. Let us say you are walking in the street and you get tired. You go and knock the door of a random house and say, "As-Salam alaykum." You would be invited in and the host would welcome you, saying, "Come in and dine with us." When night falls, the host would ask you to stay the night and if you like it, you do. This is how the Muslim community is; this is how it was at the time of the companions of our Prophet (saas). Later on, these niceties were forgotten in time.

If God loves you, even if you burn furiously in a fire, your heart would be like a bed of roses. No one would refrain from fire; what is troubling and distressing is losing God's amity. In the Qur'an, we see that God takes performing prayers as a measure. That is because in the verses, the people of the hell are asked; 'What has led you into the Hell Fire?' And they respond “They will answer: We were not of those who prayed." That means it is a very crucial measure. Performing prayers is a very joyous, beautiful, bountiful and luminous act of worship. It is a blessing from God.

Faith is the sincere belief in one's subconscious. Or else one's mind might come and go. I mean all kinds of opinions might pass through one's mind. For instance, one might think if something is right or wrong; these are ideas inside one's brain. Ideas would be like a storm in one’s mind. They have nothing to do with faith. They are called the whisperings of satan. Faith is something settled in, I mean a sincere conviction that is intertwined with, one's consciousness, one’s good conscience.
