ADNAN OKTAR: Municipalities can place water bowls for cats and dogs. Animals struggle a lot to find water. There is no water anywhere. It is difficult for them. It can be made of plastic or concrete. Municipality workers can clean them up from time to time. They can place them at many points. They can also be made of concrete. They can change the water from time to time. Pigeons and other animals, they all get thirsty. This is a problem. Insha’Allah.

ADNAN OKTAR: We can send a petition to the municipality. They can make concrete water pots, small pots, right? They will just change the water from time to time. Birds need this a lot. Dogs and cats need this as well. Where can animals find water? They can also place these on roadsides. So animals can come and drink water. If they will not fill it, we will. There is no need for any luxury thing; concrete is enough. Let’s ask the mayor for these water pots; two thousand, three thousand of them. So we can see that animals are comfortable, insha’Allah.

Adnan Oktar: They have to be everywhere in every district of Istanbul because it is so entertaining to watch cats. Cats are adorable and very sweet. They are also keen on cleaning. They clean themselves all day. So it is important to provide a suitable environment for them. Insha’Allah, this will be done in time.

The Municipality of Kartal has put into practice a project of “smart recyclable boxes” to provide food and water for street animals in Kartal. The water and food component of the machine is made up of steel and volunteers can clean up the boxes using  provided scrub brushes next to the machine.
