THE BLIND WILL GET VISION and THE SICK WILL BE CURED in the time of Imam az-Zamaan [Hazrat Mahdi (as)]

In that time [In the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] LONGEVITY WILL WILL PREVAIL.

During that era  [in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as)] ALLAH, THE ALMIGHTY WILL DISPELL ALL ILLNESSES FROM THE MUSLIMS. THEY WILL REGAIN THEIR POWER AND STRENGTH.

These hadiths indicate that as a result of the extraordinary progress in medical science and drugs in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (as), by the will of Allah, the blind will be cured and their eyes will get vision, most of the diseases will be treated, and people’s life spans will thus be prolonged.
