ADNAN OKTAR: I ask one thing from our Prime Minister. That is what I have been stressing for a while. Internet usage quotas  and similar practices must be removed. This is like returning back from the door of a university or a library. Is this acceptable?  One has to go as he likes. It must be free. Private universities are not free but the universities of the state are free. The state must not charge for the Internet. It must be free. And the state must give away computers to our poor brothers. Or they may pay in  installments of 5  or 10 Turkish lira.

ADNAN OKTAR: Let’s give a petition to our Prime Minister so that everyone in Turkey can have wireless internet. The modernity of Turkey is vital for its progress. This bandwidth cap issue must also be removed. Only 24 hours of Internet. That is sufficient. Maybe a symbolic fee can be taken for the computers but the state must do it as a service. The state universities are free of charge. Elementary schools, high schools, secondary schools are free. Similarly because the Internet is the most important worldwide education system, it must be free. One does not pay money for education.

ADNAN OKTAR: Our Prime Minister must remove the quota on the Internet, for God’s sake. Both our President and Prime Minister must solve this issue. Especially our Minister of Education must pay attention to this issue. 10 Turkish Lira is enough for the quota. How will a student find money? He can’t buy books, books are expensive. He can’t buy an encyclopedia, he can’t buy magazines, books. If a quota is also added, the only book for a student is Internet. The Internet is the gate to these books and encyclopedias. It is the greatest encyclopedia in  the world. It is the gate to the greatest library on Earth; the way things are now, you close the gate and lock it. Our Prime Minister must unlock it. The lock to the way to libraries and knowledge must be opened. He must remove the quota. A 10 TL fee is enough because poor people can also not pay them, insha’Allah.

Internet access has become free in 81 provinces, 347 student hostels. Our Prime Minister made a statement about this and said, “Nothing can stop us when young people are in question. Our young people must see what the modern world can not. That is why this Internet network exists.
