Mr. Oktar many times stated that the PKK, the PYD and the YPG were the same terror organisation. Following Mr. Oktar, many politicians also drew attention to the same fact.

Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, said, "the PYD and the PKK are the same terror organizations."  He also said: "Can a terror organization represent the Kurds?"

ADNAN OKTAR: .... The founders of the PYD and the PKK are the same. They have the same ideology, the same leader, the same flag etc. The Turkish courts made a verdict and said: "The YPG is a terrorist organization". This is sufficient.

They have shot many Turkmens.  They shoot Arabs as well and force them to evacuate their villages.  The PYD, the YPG, the YPJ, the PJAK, they all belong to the PKK. They are all the PKK, changing name is just a bad tactic.

There is a PKK in Qandil and another PKK somewhere else; no this suggestion is out of question. There is only one PKK. The PYD, the PJAK and all the others are different branches of the PKK which operate under different names. There is no other situation.
