The North Texas Daily, brought out on particular weekdays, depending on the school term, since 1916 by students at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and which has a daily circulation of 10,000, carried a report on 9 November, 2006, saying that the documentary “The Miracles of the Qur’an,” based on the works of Harun Yahya, had enjoyed considerable interest at the university. Ayman Talep, president of the Muslim Student Association that arranged for the showing of the documentary, believes that everyone should know that scientific facts discovered in the last century, such as the Big Bang, were also mentioned in the Qur’an 1400 years ago.
