In his speech here he said this Ramadan Feast was very special for him. “I spent the Night of Power in Kosovo, then on the first day of the Feast I was in Sarajevo. And now, on the second day of the Ramadan Feast I am in Constanta. I have been deeply touched by this Ramadan Feast” said Davutoglu and continued; “A part of my mind is occupied with Constanta just as Libya, Syria and Sarajevo. Romanian citizens of Turkish origin were never far away from our minds and hearths.” Before visiting Constanta, Mr. Davutoglu also had a speech in Sarajevo in which he explained his feelings with the words, “Today when we greeted each other in Gazi Husrevbey Mosque, a Bosnian brother hugged me and said: ‘We have been waiting for this moment for 150 years’. We are late to come here. But I hope we will not be late again, Insha’Allah.” |
