It is dangerous to play with the sea. There are 100-150 meters depths. A pool should be one and a half meters deep and no more. The same holds true for the beaches. People should go  out into sea for one and a half meters at the most. It should be easy to pull someone out of the sea simply by holding his hand. It should be forbidden to swim any further.
