Laying down weapons is something the PKK would never accept. First of all that is against Marxist, communist, Stalinist principles. These people have been trained as communists, Stalinists. At least about 10,000 arrests should be done against the PKK, for everything to cool down. And those arrested should not be released. They should widen the scope of the related articles of the law.
