For instance, there had been groups adhering to our Prophet (saas) but the good deeds they will attain for doing so is much less. The first ones to pledge allegiance are very eligible. The system of the Mahdi acts secretly and covertly. That is to rule out weak people with hypocritical character, people devoted to this world.  The people devoted to this world, people full of jealousy and envy, people in love with this world are unable to use their willpower and mind in such a calm environment. They are consumed with a stoicism and lethargy, so they lay themselves aside. But in a very fast-moving, fast-paced environment, a great number of adhesions take place with that sudden excitement. But let me say this, such adhesions are not that much eligible.

When a characteristic of unbelief smears a Muslim's character, it makes him suffer a lot. When a little bit of unbelief smears one's character, sufferings and distress start. He feels suffocated and fidgety but doesn't know why. Actually, that distress stems from his sliding towards unbelief.
