Let the man repent, read the Qur’an and perform his prayers. But you go ahead and execute that person while he is still in his ignorance. We should show an effort, use all instruments and see if it works or not. When two Muslim communities- groups are at odds with each other, it is a religious obligation to interfere. It is a religious obligation to show an effort to make things right in between them. We are all responsible of performing that religious obligation, just like prayers.
