The highest standard must be attained in artistry. The highest standard must be the goal in quality. Then the world becomes beautiful in the technical sense.

A young girl must at least make half-an-hour to one hour of exercise a day. She needs to be well nourished. Girls must be tended very well, otherwise they will wither.

There is something wrong with a woman who is not attractive. This also holds true for a man. Allah creates even bugs in an attractive manner. Being attractive means that that person is healthy and normal. The contrary is being repulsive. A Muslim never remains repulsive. Consequently she is alluring. There is a blessed attraction on her.

When one thinks of a woman, you have to be astonished by her beauty and feel respect for her. You will appreciate her. She has to show herself as a glorious being.

Faith and chastity beautifies a Muslim. If a person does not have chastity, there would be an indescribable repulsiveness on that person.

If a person darkens his brain, the image would get dark as well. One needs to see the beautiful side of everything.

When Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) appears as the spiritual leader of Muslims, his every word, every statement will bring radiance to the world. People will have the best of the words, the best of arts and aesthetics insha'Allah.

Living in disbelief makes people very ugly.

We will be very beautiful in the Heaven. This is the world, it has many many deficiencies. Thanks be to Allah even this much is very good, very beautiful Masha'allah. Allah creates a sample of the Heaven in this world, just for us to taste a pinch of it. The real place for that is the Heaven.

Everyone can feel distressed at times. This is how it is in this World as a part of the trial. Drinking lukewarm water, not leaving the body dehydrated, not leaving one's self sleepless, moving a little. But the most important and above all else being in love with Allah, completely submitting to Allah and leaving one's self to Allah and knowing that reasons can never be a basis [ can be the cure for to overcome that distress.]

Actually sport activities should be obligatory. In order to bring about a fit youth, there should be one hour, one and a half hour sports lesson each day, or at least every other day. The important thing is to make the youth spiritually and physically healthy and sound.

Very nice facilities can be built in schools for youth. They need to be encouraged about sports and sports should be made obligatory in a way. If you leave one to his own means, doing sports might be very difficult.

Healthy nutrition and exercise alone do not make a person healthy; having faith and fear of God is also essential. Both physical and spiritual measures must be taken. If people lack fear and love of God; eating and drinking a lot will not do them any good.

It is crucial to never forget and constantly honor the great artists, athletes of the past.

Sport strengthens the body. Professionals should encourage and help young people into sports.

In sports, it is best to work every part of the body in a balanced way.

A Muslim has to be very clean in every way. Cleanliness also becomes absent in lack of quality.

NOT TOO MUCH MONEY IS REQUISITE FOR QUALITY. IT DEMANDS INTELLIGENCE, TASTE AND A TENDENCY TO ARTISTRY. For instance, a woman can be very shoddy with very expensive materials. Likewise, she can be a very quality person with very cheap materials. This is a matter of wisdom and conscience. THIS IS RELATED WITH THE PENETRATION OF THE POWER OF ARTISTRY TO THE SOUL AND THIS IS RELATED TO FAITH AND WISDOM. They are all interrelated.

Quality is very vital. At the time of our Prophet (saas) there was quality. Quality in conduct, quality in style, quality in cleanness; quality must reign everywhere.

Quality must be adopted as a state policy.

THE LACK OF QUALITY IS A GREAT SCOURGE. This is the trouble in all the Middle East and its pain is being felt everywhere. In Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine a tremendous shoddiness reigns. Shoddiness prevails throughout the entire Islamic world.

ALTHOUGH ALLAH DESERVES AN INFINITE LOVE, PEOPLE DON’T GIVE HIM ENOUGH LOVE. THEY DON’T APPRECIATE HIM VERY MUCH. That is why, Allah says, “They do not measure Allah with His true measure.” THE FACT IS, HOWEVER, ALLAH MUST BE LOVED WITH ZEAL. ALL THESE BEAUTIES BELONG TO HIM. All this passion must be diverted to Him. Almighty Allah deserves it.

The one who is beautiful takes pleasure from the appreciation of that beauty. This is an inspiration of Allah to us. ALLAH ALSO LIKES TO BE APPRECIATED. ALLAH LIKES US TO BE IN LOVE WITH HIM. ALLAH LIKES TO BE LOVED WITH PASSION.

Women are very delicate, they become sick in the cold. Warmer than normal also does not make them feel good. They have to be in a normal environment. They would not tolerate being distressed. They would feel resentful of a minor distress. They are very sweet beings. You have to weigh your words while speaking to them. They would get bored if you speak to them in an idiotic manner.
