Ladies should be treated equally and with respect, no matter what they wear, be it headscarves, or modern, revealing clothes.

The Islam of the companions is the true Islam. The mentality that opposes art, quality, beauty, freedom will be never successful.

People from all walks of life support and love us, including ladies with headscarves, and those with modern clothes. They’re all great people.

Turks don't want to live by the mentality of a couple of misogynistic, anti-modernism, anti-art people. They want modernism and joy.

We want a world in which all women – both those wearing jilbab (full covering) or revealing clothes - are respected highly.

Radicals are so predisposed to hate the arts, music and happiness that they cannot bring themselves to accept the fact that Islam champions these blessings. Radical men believe that they deserve freedom and having fun, but cannot accept that women have the same rights as well.

If Turkey becomes very modern, where arts excel and women are free, the whole world will be friendlier towards Turkey.

The world promised by the misogynists is like hell. However, the world becomes a place like heaven when the Qur'an is followed.

God’s order in the Qur’an about ladies attire is not the headscarf. God advises ladies to wear hijab if they feel unsafe; and ladies are to decide that when it is necessary.

Bigots are driving people away from religion with rules that are not in the Qur'an. For example, there is no headscarf in the Qur'an. But ladies are supposed to wear hijab only if they feel unsafe, and only until the danger is gone.

In the Qur'an, ladies are not commanded to wear a headscarf. They are advised to wear hijab only temporarily to protect themselves, if the situation requires it.

There is no headscarf in Surah Nur . Surah Ahzab mentions the necessity of hijab when there is a threat to the safety of ladies.

Life will be beautiful when ladies feel free, when they are not frowned upon for being beautiful and well groomed.

Protecting a woman, respecting and loving her and making her feel what a superior being she is, is both a blessing and a joy. It is important not to bother women with words or with stares.

The most important thing in interacting with ladies is guarding their honor, and dignity. Saying even a single word that might offend her is an unacceptable.

There is no command in the Qur'an that says women without a headscarf will go to hell. This is a superstition that arose due to misinformation.

Young girls –some with headscarves, some without- and young boys having fun together, dancing is great. It is good that young people are happy, vivacious.

There should be a race among men to respect women. That is the extent of the respect women deserve.

People cannot appreciate and love God as much as they should. As a result, they cannot appreciate ladies, too, although ladies are the most beautiful ornaments in this world.

Perform your prayers five times a day, count beads all night long but have high quality. If you want to cover your head, do so, but do it in style and with quality. Using ugly wraps and cloths is unacceptable. Women used to cover themselves up in the Ottoman times as well but they were like amazing works of art. This was how women appeared before people, like flowers. That is nothing that would prevent being religious.

Happiness, joy, freedom, art, music should be everywhere in Turkey. Women should feel completely free and not worry about disrespect.

The government shouldn't be worried about the pressure of the bigots. On the contrary, the government should be defenders of modernism, art, quality, joy, freedoms.

It is not only the metropolitan areas or coastal towns; Anatolia wouldn't want radicalism either. Everyone would love Islam in the Qur’an.

It’s outrageous that some countries hold meetings debating if women are human or not. Women are extremely precious, valuable beings.

Believers should fear God, but it should be the fear of losing God’s love. Believers come here from heaven and are bound for heaven.
