For the sake of our country, for the sake of our national security and national integrity, the policy of hatred should end. It is important to stem the tide of bigotry, as its main policy is hatred towards everything.

The shadow state apparatus has a plan to encourage traditional, orthodox Islam, and thus make Islam look aggressive and psychopathic, and to set Muslim against Muslim. This is a grave danger.

The traditionalist orthodox system imagines that the more they exert pressure in the name of God, the more they move closer to God: Actually, in such an environment, not only do people not get closer to God but they drift further apart from God and religion and they also lose their mental stability.

Modernity, before all else, brings about sanity. In a bigoted system, the human mind cannot operate normally. In a bigoted environment people become half-insane. Look around and you will see that many of them are mentally unstable. In modern societies, the human mind operates sanely and rationally.

Living by Islam means beginning to live entirely in accordance with one’s conscience. It means entirely abandoning the mentality of denying the existence of God.

Those who say that life must be miserable and wretched with no art or joy are ruining the Islamic world. We will not allow them to ruin Turkey in that way. Why should we not have music, or dance? You must come to your senses. What is there about these things that is incompatible with the faith? What verses of the Qur’an are these acts disobey? What harm do they do anyone? Where do you get these ideas from?

Of course we can have music and dancing and fun. You must not add artificial prohibitions to the faith. And then Islam will rule the world.

Hypocrites think, “Muslims may one day be scattered and crushed, but unbelief can never be destroyed,’ They have always regarded unbelief as powerful, and they have always ended up defeated.

If you give fanaticism an inch, it takes a mile. It is very dangerous. The state must adopt a determined policy to spread modern thinking, a modern state structure and a modern conception of art. In other words, one must live by a modern Islam. What does modern mean? Like in the time of the Companions.

The hypocrite wishes to return to his old beliefs and lifestyle at the first opportunity. His mind is always full of unbelief. That idea never leaves his head. After becoming a Muslim he still wishes to return to his old immorality, wild ways, lack of character, dishonor or whatever. He cannot forget that life of unbelief. He goes round and round but always ends up in the same place.

The hypocrite is always looking for a reason to desert Muslims and join the unbelievers. One must not give them the opportunity. But if he is really a hypocrite, the system will eventually get rid of him. No matter what you do. It would be a sin not to show patience and to try to get rid of him directly. That is no good. You have to show patience, because they may end up being cured. The hypocrite needs to be treated.

If you are hateful towards Israel, reject anything that is modern, live in filthy houses, if you are loveless and hateful towards Russians, Greeks, Iranians, Shias, Alawites, Wahhabis, if you keep dropping innuendos about everyone; then you would be falling in the clutches of satan. Don't you see the atrocious position you are in? These are all very wrong. Love is the only thing a Muslim knows, so you need to be full of love.

It would be very strange for a Muslim not to know anything about the Torah and the Gospels. God refers to the Torah and the Gospels in the Qur'an. It is not acceptable if you refer to them as if you are talking about a myth. They are living, current Books. You simply do not practice those corrupted passages.

Had some bigots been given free reign, neither listening to music, nor sculptures, nor paintings, or freedom for ladies putting on make-up and going out would be left. These people are quite bloodthirsty. That is why Turkey should swiftly go towards a modern, religious line.

The hypocrite never takes upon himself the Qur’anic verses about hypocrites; only a believer does that. A Muslim realizes that with terror and astonishment; he says to himself, what have I done? I have sunk deep into the signs of hypocrite, I have sunk deep into a swamp and I have to get away. He gives up completely; he ends it fundamentally in his heart because it is clear that he cannot live with it: Besides he had already seen how filthy it was.

When hypocrites talk, they talk with malice. When they talk, they talk instigation or trouble, or bad luck, or a reason to argue, or something to mess with, or delusion, or a devilish urge. What about a believer? He always talks in a way that brings prosperity, tranquility, a way that removes instigation, a way that brings comfort to the heart.

What is perfect morality? It is patience, compassion, self-sacrifice, honesty, bravery and loyalty. Without fear of God, one would fall into heedlessness. For instance, one might say that he loves God but not perform prayers, saying, "I love God, God doesn't need my prayers." He might have a lot of money but not give alms, saying, "Those in need can find it elsewhere. I do love God and money makes me happy, it helps me be close to God." Or perhaps, one does not act bravely, saying, "I should not risk my life, I am living nicely here." But in fear of God one shows courage.

Communities visiting mosques, churches and synagogues would be revered if people possessed genuine compassion, love and affection.

As long as Turkey proceeds on the path of mercy and compassion, everything will be abundant.

Approaching everyone with compassion is an attribute of believers. It’s the attribute of a believer to make effort to protect and save every human being.

Capital punishment is not a solution, and it doesn't provide solutions. The only way out is with faith, intellect, love and compassion.

God commands enjoining love, compassion and mercy. Believers are always responsible to be on the side of love, compassion and goodness.

Real Mahdi movement will not have political expectations, as it is a movement of love, compassion. It won’t shed even a single drop of blood.

Muslims must be intellectual, modern, compassionate and respectful to people from all thought schools and befriending everyone.

God has absolute power and we are His humble servants in need. All power belongs to Almighty God and whatever Almighty God ordains in destiny, it happens. We are His servants in complete submission to Him and everything we do is done with the power God has given us.
