The Prophet Moses (pbuh) threw down his staff and there it was, unmistakably a snake.  The Prophet Jesus (pbuh) made the shape of a bird out of clay and then breathe into it and it became a bird by Allah´s permission. Angels and djinns were not created through evolution either.
