God protected our country. But no one should panic and act with alarm.

No plots against our country will work; our country will stay strong. We stand as one and united: government, police, army and people.

Soldiers are our own sons too; no one should approach them with anger. Necessary legal action will be taken and that will be all.

Whoever is behind this, they should seek refuge in God from the accursed satan and step back.

Orders shouldn't be followed if they amount to tyranny. If soldiers are ordered to bomb police, they shouldn't follow those orders at all.

It would be a mistake to approach soldiers with anger; they only followed the orders. Compassion and love should prevail.

Soldiers involved in this vile attempt should return to their posts. A mistake might have been made but they should end it now. Our army's duty is stopping the PKK.

Neither our army nor police and our people will allow fraternal fighting. Those who are trying to hurt Turkey shouldn't hold their breath.

We don't want anyone to get hurt, we don't want even a single drop of blood to be spilled. Both police and soldiers are our own.

Both our police and soldiers are very precious for us; our country will weather these storms.

Both our soldiers and police are precious for us. By the grace of God, nothing will happen to Turkey.

The Turkish people will act with solidarity as they always have. Soldiers, police, people stand as one. We won’t accept unrest.

Turkey stands as one with its soldiers, police, people; will always act with the principle ‘peace at home, peace at world’.

Our police should lovingly embrace our soldiers, tell them to go back to their posts. They should calm everyone down and restore order.

Our soldiers would never shoot at our people. Provocators must have been used in this coup attempt.

There should be more police everywhere, special forces could be summoned from other cities.

The Turkish army is precious to us; it consists of brave, kind soldiers. But the criminals amongst them will be punished according to the laws.

The fact that we love our army very much, we are very close to our soldiers and our army is very powerful should be explicitly emphasized to the whole world.

Our police officers are the most merciful ones in the world. Our soldiers are the most compassionate, best mannered, noblest soldiers in the world. They are young, brave, beautiful mannered Anatolians.

Those who attempt to put the blood of Muslims on our soldiers' hands, those who attempt to make our soldiers get used to murders, get used to shedding Muslims' blood, would get their just desserts.

A general amnesty, etc., are unreasonable, dangerous things. Beware! Don't you dare! It would be a devastating disaster to pardon those who killed our soldiers.

It is the gravest treachery to make our soldiers kill Muslims. No Turkish soldier will ever accept that. There is no Turkish politician who could make such a suggestion. The , they cannot make the Turkish nation commit such a depravity. They should forget about it.

Nothing will happen to our country, to our people. This nation is charged with spreading the light of Islam, no one can hurt our country.

Our army will only fight the PKK and they are doing it valiantly.

No Turkish person would endorse something like this. Resorting to such methods when democracy can solve everything is unacceptable.
