Our Kurdish brothers are very honorable people. Because those dishonorable scum have guns in their hands they offend our Kurdish brothers and Kurdish mothers intensely. All those weapons in the hands of the PKK should be collected.

There is no such thing as laying down weapons for the PKK. There is no need to wait for them to lay down their weapons. We should go take their weapons and take them by the ear. We should put those who committed offenses into prison. Carrying weapons is an offense on its own anyway.

The PKK is bullying our Kurdish brothers. This is very offensive for our Kurdish brothers. They take that to heart. The state, the government should put an end to this ignominy. They should put an end to this vileness the PKK is carrying out.

A great majority of those who say that they are the PKK actually hate the PKK. They are there because of this threat. These people have automatic weapons in their hands. The public on the other hand is unarmed. They are saying, “Yes Sir!” simply because they are afraid. That is outrageous.

It is not possible to enter the Southeast right now, it is not possible to enter many districts there. We cannot send our books or preach religion there; we are unable to perform any activities. That is because there are armed people there. Those weapons they have should all be collected.

Our citizens in the Southeast should be patient and calm and never leave their lands. On the contrary, if there are those who left their houses they should go back. They should be brave and put their trust in God. Our state is strong enough to take over all those so-called occupied places within 48 hours. A single command issued to that end would be sufficient. It would only take a few minutes for us to wipe that scum of the earth from our lands.

The state should increase the number of Special Operations Police significantly. Special Operations courses should be opened everywhere. The number of Special Operations team members is very few. There should be at least 30,000, 40,000 Special Operations officers.

The PKK has weapons and our decent, honest people do not have weapons. Our state should give registered guns to those whom they trust and give credit to their personality, character, morality and personage. If our people have such means, the PKK would not dare to act with such depravity.

We will never deliver any district in the Southeast. My Kurdish mothers, Kurdish sisters, my Kurdish brothers will be able to live there in comfort. There will never be separation, whatsoever. Even if there is a promise made, we are reneging on that promise.

The PKK says that we should abrogate the system of village guards. What does this mean? That means we should double the number of village guards. Now we should be aware that all they call white is actually black and all they call black is actually white. What does abrogating the system of village guards mean? That means this system is the greatest of dangers for them.

Village guards should have the force of police officers, they should be insured, they should have salaries; we would be proud to provide such means for them. That would be an incentive for all of us, we would be happy with their happiness.

The main idea in Turkey is about preventing the splitting up of the country. I mean this is what 99% of the people want. One nation, one flag, one people. Our Kurdish brothers are also of the same idea and so are we.

The PKK is filthy, fickle and treacherous. But the Kurdish people are proud, noble, radiant and exalted people.

Kurdish people are religious people; they are decent and kind. They fear God; they are noble and exalted. The PKK on the hand is full of swindlers and characterless, deceitful people.

I see a different kind of moral superiority in my Kurdish brothers. They have a unique beauty. This moral virtue that prevails in Anatolia manifests very beautifully on them.

Granting an amnesty for murderers is the gravest danger for Turkey. That will be the sign for Turkey’s ruin. If one forgives those who martyred our soldiers and police officers, that person is the most debased, most characterless man in the world.

Attacking a person whose hands are tied and who is being brought among police officers, smashing his face in is a shameful, atrocious and feckless act. Beating up a man in prison, beating a man in a police station, beating a man in handcuffs is not an act of an honest person. It is the exact opposite.

It is not difficult to differentiate the Kurdish people from the PKK. The PKK is filthy and the Kurdish people are immaculately radiant.

It is crucial to commission our village guard brothers within the scope of police officers’ posts and it is crucial to increase the number of the village guards. The Southeast problem would thus be fundamentally solved. The solution lies in increasing love first; secondly, compassion and thirdly, the number of the village guards. There is nothing else other than that.

One of the most important things to emphasize in the Southeast of our country is to protect and watch over our Ranger brothers. They should be given the status of police officers. They should be given permission to carry guns in the city. Their numbers should be increased.

The Turkish police would be the first ones to respond if they attempt to divide Turkey. Do you know what Turkish police officers come for, when they join the police force? They come there to die for this homeland, for this nation, for this flag. Policing is the name of the profession that is determined to die for the sake of God.

Why would a soldier become a soldier? He becomes a soldier because he is ready to die for the sake of God, for the sake of his homeland and for his flag. This is the specialty of that profession. If police officers sense that their homeland is being sold out, they would make life unbearable for those who do that. They would then look for a hole to hide in and say ,"I wish I didn't do this!" The police officers, the soldiers would ruin them with the law and the legal system. The police and the soldiers would make them regret what they have done.

Let us give longer ranged weapons with greater firepower to our soldiers. That would be a deterrent. It would have a very deterrent appearance as well. The Qur’an refers to the deterrent characteristic of weapons. God tells us to take precautions and prepare strong weapons so that we would have deterrent power against our enemies.
