One cannot become a Mahdi simply because he wants to become the Mahdi or by working hard for it. One is born to be the Mahdi (as) and God preordains in destiny who Mahdi (as) will be. Fame and making fuss wouldn’t ensure it, working hard wouldn’t ensure it. It is all about the heart. The system of the Mahdi is all about profound faith.

One wouldn’t become the Mahdi by striving for it. One wouldn’t become the Mahdi by propaganda. The Prophet Moses (pbuh) did not become a prophet by propaganda; he didn’t become a prophet by striving for it either. He became a prophet because of his morality, because of his patience in the face of hardships.

The system of the Mahdi does not consist of a spiritual identity. Mahdi is a person, he has students. But of course his personality and his students together constitute a spiritual identity as well.

People are in need of Mahdi, not the other way round. Some naive people presume that Mahdi (pbuh) will go to them. In fact they will be going to the Mahdi (pbuh).

Mahdi (pbuh) is the person who performs everything that is beautiful, everything that is really very very beautiful. He is the one who will encourage the performance of beauty, the one who will perform beauty and who will make the world perform beauty.

The duty of the Mahdi (pbuh) is to be a man of love. He teaches love and beauty; this is his profession. God makes one love, God makes one love all those He created. The person charged of making the world a place like heaven is called the Mahdi.

All the Islamic world is restless. No state could bring about peace and tranquility to the Islamic world. Russia is restless, Europe is restless, USA is restless. The whole world will attain peace and tranquility with the Jesus Messiah and the Mahdi (pbuh) insha'Allah.

Our Prophet (saas) says; “Women will become like men in the End Times.” That happened exactly as our Prophet foretold. They have ruined their natural disposition. In the time of the Mahdi women will look like women, men will look like men, the buildings will be like buildings, arts will be like art, music will be as it should be; everything will fall into place and everything will be even more beautiful insha’Allah.

Islamic Union is an immediate religious obligation. It is a religious obligation for us to concentrate all our attention to the Unity of Islam. Consequently it is a religious obligation for us to concentrate on the system of the Mahdi.

The system of the Mahdi is a tutorage of love, tutorage of compassion; it is a tutorage of affection. Mahdi is a person who teaches the falsity of rebellion, rampancy and perversion; he is an individual who injects love into the hearts of people with great affection.

The system of the Mahdi will appear with a very sincere and beautiful attitude. Any reasonable person would accept Islam; Islam is the most beautiful and truest of everything.

Turkey always follows a very rational, very reasonable policy. I mean Turkish government would never adopt an irrational attitude that would put a slur on our history. That is because in Turkey there is a state culture that comes from the Ottoman times; they do everything in consultation and act reasonably. Turkey would never do crazy things. Turkey is always dignified, sensible and reasonable. She would never adopt an immature attitude.

In the Turkish-Ottoman tradition, when the state is undermined, it becomes unpredictably ravening. The state might remain silent in the face of many things but when it comes to undermining the state, it becomes ravening. No one should dare even to imagine dividing, undermining the Turkish state.

Radicals were the ones who caused the collapse of the Ottomans from the inside. At the moment we see that the radical mindset is ruining the Islamic world. With their repulsiveness, with their incoherent speeches they are making people hate them.

There will be no return to the times of the Ottomans. The time of the Ottomans has passed. There will be no return to the times of the Seljukians either. But we make use of their good memories. We take lessons from those periods. We take the wisdom of their experience.

The children of Ottomans are establishing the modern Ottomans masha'Allah. , that is a perfect spirit of the system of the Mahdi based on pure love, friendship, brotherhood, based on fear and love for Allah and which is far removed from the imperialist spirit, from colonist spirit, that is exactly the manner of the lovers of the system of the Mahdi, masha'Allah.

Why did Allah overthrow the Ottoman Empire? Allah overthrew the Empire because the majority of the public stood against arts, aesthetics and science. The state was not against it but the majority of the public was. The state had palaces constructed, they decorated fountains but the great majority of the public were against science and arts. Bigoted mindset infested all around. Allah overthrew the Ottomans for that reason.

When there is a weakness in faith, Allah scorches the world and does not give happiness. That was the reason for the collapse of the Ottomans, that was also the reason for the collapse of Seljuk Sultanate. When a bigoted structure develops, when a conservative structure develops, when arts, science, love decreases, when people become estranged from the spirit of the Qur'an, disasters assuredly follows.

Why did Allah have the Ottoman Empire established? Because they were very painstakingly following the Qur'an. There was no bigotry and they were full of love. Why did Allah give the Prophet Solomon (pbuh) a global dominion? Because in his time arts, aesthetics, science and love pervaded everywhere. People should think hard about this collapse and re-establishment.

A Muslim would pick the side of Islam if he/she is forced to pick sides in between irreligion and Islam. A Muslim cannot be impartial; he would then be staved off.

It is not right to pick a side among Muslims. There should only be alliance, unity, brotherhood in between Muslims. Anything on the contrary would be religiously unlawful.

Turkey should immediately and urgently conduct a peace operation in Syria together with the other Islamic countries. If the Islamic countries make a move altogether, no one would ever resist it since it would be evaluated as a faith related, Qur’anic and moral initiative. Even if they did it with five countries, the problem would be solved with only those five countries.

When we love a person we love him/her for the good pleasure of God. What does the good pleasure of God mean? It stems from the services rendered for Islam. Does he/she unite Muslims? Does he/she ensure unity? Does he/she work to quell dissension? Does he/she develop an attitude against division? If we see all these in a person, we should love that person for the good pleasure of God. We feel that love as a religious observation.

Votes collected through violence cannot be called votes. It is a shame. Just like extorting money is simply extortion, intimidating a person to extort his von, intimidating a person to have his vote would be extortion. Consequently that is not an ethically acceptable act.

The origin of happiness is faith. A person becomes happy with faith. Because he gives his thanks to God, he submits to God under any circumstances and looks for goodness in everything. In the spirit of unbelief, people look for bad things in everything. In the spirit of unbelief, people look for evil, dissension and commotion.
