In the time of our Prophet, the families of the Companions did not want them to see our Prophet (saas); they made incredible pressure. In the time of the People of the Cave, the families of young people, their relatives and the majority of people were against religion and they put pressure on their children. Likewise, in the time of the Mahdi (pbuh) young people will follow the Mahdi despite their families’ and society’s pressure.

Bigots have made up many rules about not reading the Qur'an. They almost made it impossible for people to read it. Because of these invented rules, people distance themselves from the Qur'an in the name of respect to it. But the Qur'an is like bread and water. A Muslim should always keep his Qur’an by his side. It is the entirety of a life of a Muslim.

A Muslim becomes happy with the happiness of another Muslim: A hypocrite feels grief out of the happiness of Muslims.

By analyzing the verses regarding the hypocrites, Muslims must improve their morality. Any Muslim who considers himself to be immune to the verses regarding the hypocrites would drift into disaster, may God forbid. A person who reads the verses about the attributes of the hypocrites and avoids being like them wouldn't be a hypocrite.

Verses about hypocrites and ascribing partners to God are for Muslims, so that they can ponder over them and feel affected.

Taking lessons from every verse would be healing for a Muslim. It brings relief to his heart.

There is pressure upon all Muslims; in this milieu of pressure, it isn't scrupulous to see Shias, Sunnis, Wahhabis as enemies. They must ally. All Muslims must love one another; they must all watch over one another without considering from which sect they are.

Many people remain a spectator to all the scourges and pain in the Islamic world. Muslims must unite as soon as possible and take action. The Islamic world is going through one of its most difficult times. They set Sunnis against Shias. Muslims with conscience must watch over one another without getting angry with one another and deal with every issue concerning Muslims. Alawites, Sunnis, Shias, Wahhabis, all Muslims are brothers. They must protect one another as brothers.

In the Qur'an God wants us to be aware of those against Muslims. Analyzing the irreligious and hypocrites and warning them is a duty upon believers.

Companions of the Prophet (pbuh) had so much admiration for the Mahdi (pbuh). They asked much about him and our Prophet articulated in great detail.

The believers’ first priority is the happiness and comfort of all Muslims. Hypocrites though are the complete opposite.

Muslims should have a very strong determination for being protective of Islam.

The unawareness of some Muslims causes the entire Islamic world to be persecuted. Muslims should have a very clear and open consciousness.

Muslims should be gentle, kind and patient in the face of difficulties. All prophets had gone through difficult tests.

We’re promoting the way of the Qur’an; the spirit of the Companions. It is modern, devout and compliant with human nature.

If you give fanaticism an inch, it takes a mile. It is very dangerous. The state must adopt a determined policy to spread modern thinking, a modern state structure and a modern conception of art. In other words, one must live by a modern Islam. What does modern mean? Like in the time of the Companions.

The Companions of our Prophet (saas) always strove for the sake of God. But the hypocrites always had excuses like ‘our houses are exposed' or ‘we would have come if we knew how’. However, if they were told that they would be given gold, they would have immediately obliged. That is because it would have served their interests. However, one's interests should always be in showing good morality; one should choose faith and reward from God instead of gold. Otherwise one would start to turn into an animal.

If you run after the transient world, God would make it constantly run away from you and the world would then become a trouble for you. However, the world would become beautiful with self-sacrificing people. For instance, our Prophet (saas) was very altruistic and selfless. His companions were very altruistic and selfless. None of them were self-seeking. Societies with self-seeking people collapse.

Some people entertain mistaken beliefs like Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) was poor and he ate a few handfuls of food in a day. On the contrary, God gave him wealth. Claiming that our Prophet (pbuh) lived a poor life is also slandering the companions, as none of them would let him live in need.

We are the radiant face of Islam for the whole world. When those who know Islam as a horrible, introverted, loveless system that has a grudge against women, that has turned life into a horror, see Islam as we live it, when they see Islam as it was lived at the time of the Companions, they feel an admiration for Islam. And they recognize that Islam is their salvation. Otherwise, they are all in misery.

Being called "crazy" shows the perfection of a Muslim's faith. Our prophet (saas) says, "A Muslim cannot attain perfection in faith unless he is called crazy." Actually, because of their loyalty to Islam, to the Qur'an, because of their enthusiasm, it is said, "If you had seen the Companions, you would have called them crazy." They distribute all they have, everything they own.

It is of course very important to be at our Prophet (saas)'s elbow. It is a great comfort for the Companions of our Prophet (saas). Actually people do not know the Islamic community that well. Muslims are like a big family. If one has a mansion with thirty rooms for instance, he fills it will Muslims, the food is cooked for all of them. The goods are distributed. Trade is done together, everything is shared and done commonly. That is an unprecedented system.

There is nothing wrong with Trump mentioning radical Islam. He means an understanding of Islam away from the Qur'an.

Having a glorious, scary army is the Sunnah of our Prophet (saas). For instance, he didn't let the soldiers cut their mustaches short; they even grew their nails. The Companions of our Prophet (saas) had such a ravenous and scary appearance. They had handlebar moustaches reaching till the ends of their ears. Those who looked at them were shivering with fear, they feared them greatly. It would be great if our soldiers had such a staggering appearance. Especially regarding the PKK; our soldiers should be their nightmare.

The system of the Mahdi is a heroic saga against all forms of pressure.
