Prohibitions in Islam could be counted with the fingers of a hand, yet if you try to count the halals (permissible acts) in Islam, your lifetime would not suffice to do so. The prohibitions in Islam are very few and easily be counted with the fingers of a hand. Yet halals are endless.

Man cannot withstand heavy pressure. Religion removes pressure and restrictions.

If our brothers and sisters act maturely, if they have their hearts in the right place they will see that everything will be at ease. If they remove fear upon people, if they create such a mature environment there will be no need for any kind of restriction.

Bigoted mindset would even prohibit laughing. It destroys people's merriness and healthiness. It ruins people.

Banning books is a disgraceful act.

Allah communicates His commands and the things He forbids not through implications but through verses containing clear judgments. Allah lays stress on the judgments that are deemed obligatory, for several times.

Banning ladies having fun is like uprooting an essential beauty out of this world. Women are the most important ornaments of the world. If women have fun, if they are happy, if they are cheerful, if they are able to show their beauty, it would be great.

Within the course of world history, they [bigots] have generally turned this world into a living hell for women. When born a woman, she doesn’t have the opportunity to have fun, to wear what she likes or to dress up. Loving and being loved is forbidden, being joyous is forbidden, everything is forbidden for them. Let them have fun, let them be joyous and wear whatever they like. Leave them alone so that they can live in peace.

Radicals prohibit everything beautiful. They preach everything that is atrocious, everything that is difficult. Their encouragement about crying is unbelievable. God refers to it as a characteristic of unbelievers. "They will cry a lot and you will laugh," God says to Muslims. And they turn everything around and tell Muslims "Do not laugh, cry a lot!" How could one's mind and soul endure this? Go do sports, eat, drink, laugh, perform your religious observances, beautify everywhere. Let the arts prevail everywhere.

The system of the Mahdi is not in an immobile structure, it develops within dynamism.

Allah’s love and compassion is clearly seen in the commands of the Qur’an.

Youngsters are living the essence of religion. That is because religion is love, compassion, goodness, beauty and good morals.

Allah wants us to be happy and to smile.

Our Master Tayyip is a God-fearing, reasonable and modest person. It is a duty of loyalty for our people to show love to our Prime Minister.

The youth of Beşiktaş is an active power for Turkey, the youth of Fenerbahçe is an active power as well, so is the youth of Galatasaray. I mean these are powers strong enough to shake the World. They possess a thorough strength in loyalty to this homeland, this nation and to our flag, they are a thorough power in the defense of indivisibility of Turkey.

After communism and wild capitalism, there is a third way. And that is the system of the Mahdi. When you get into the path of the system of the Mahdi, you start living in heaven on earth.

People do not come believe with radicalism, but they come to believe with modernity.

Riot control vehicles, tanks and cannonballs insha’Allah will be placed in museums in the time of the Mahdi.

There is a serious inclination towards piety among our youth and that is very nice. Modernity has different levels; there is a lower level of modernity, a moderate level of modernity. What we want is an ultra-modern and devout model.

A high quality youth is very important, we do not want an introverted and senseless youth. We want our Master Tayyip to target such a lively, joyous, quality youth.

Republic is a system that Allah wants.

Modern and vivacious society is nice, not a radical and cold one.

Ultra-modern Islam is an amazing inclination to arts and aesthetics and taking science to the highest level. It is the beauty of style. It is aiming the most beautiful manners, the most beautiful appearance; in short it is aiming the most beautiful of everything that is good. When you completely abide by our good conscience completely, you become ultra-modern Muslims.

Our youth wants modernity, they want sweetness. There is a spirit of concretion, a greyness all around and youth does not want this. Being grey is not good; a Muslim should be full of life and joy.

Taksim should be made the greatest square of the world. Let us have gardens and vineyards there. We can build very beautiful gardens. Building new fruit gardens, vineyards, small zoos would be very nice.
