VTR: Does rage cloud judgment?

ADNAN OKTAR: Rage is a very dangerous sentiment; when enraged, it becomes extremely hard for one to remain temperate and rational. One can still exercise judgment, albeit an impaired one. The best course of action when enraged is to either leave the venue, otherwise make sure that such individual leaves wherever he is. Close friends or relatives should take the enraged person away, grab him by the arm if need be. When a person is fuming with raged, he should be taken to a bathroom and help wash his hands and face, or brought outside for fresh air if possible. If the person can manage, he should immediately wash his hands and face, and then go outside. He can go to a café, a restaurant or other similar places where the person can have some food or beverages to distract himself from thinking about anything related to the incident. He should completely cast the issue aside until he has calmed down, and then say "What I am seeing is merely a vision; everything is created by God, so what is there to rage about? Ultimately, everything happens for good reason, God creates everything for a reason. I am making a grave mistake and humiliating myself. I should not do so."
