Does having good moral values mean being nice to everyone?

VTR: Does having good moral values mean being nice to everyone?

ADNAN OKTAR: Of course it does not mean that. For example, one can be a Marxist or an atheist or a homosexual and still treat others nicely. Being nice to others alone is not enough. It is not about appearances; it is about loving God dearly and behaving nicely towards God; acting in good faith towards God. When one is nice towards God, he is nice towards people. Otherwise, one could use nice behavior to take advantage of others or to trick them. What really matters is acting in good faith towards God loving Him genuinely and with passion; knowing that everything comes from God, filling his heart with constant love of God, channeling all of one's love and passion towards God, loving people for the sake of loving God. Otherwise, love becomes artificial, it becomes a game.
