Struggling against the PKK is an individual duty, a fardh al-'ayn for every Muslim. No one could say, "what's it to me?" God says that Muslims, when an oppressive wrong is inflicted on them, are not cowed but help and defend themselves. It is an individual duty on all Muslims to struggle against the PKK. If you ask a Muslim to go live in a cave, very few Muslims would ever accept it. If you ask them to put their lives on the line, they would probably say ,"I have a family, I have my wife, I am supposed to advance in life, I will have my child " and would never put their lives on the line.
