Struggling against the PKK is an individual duty, a fardh al-'ayn for every Muslim. No one could say, "what's it to me?" God says that Muslims, when an oppressive wrong is inflicted on them, are not cowed but help and defend themselves. It is an individual duty on all Muslims to struggle against the PKK.
