This world is not the real place for us. No one should attempt to get attached to this world. This is a place of trial. One says; "My eyebrows are not nice, my eyes are not nice enough." You are here to be tested, of course some things are supposed to be not enough. Would Almighty Allah make them perfect? One says; "My nose is curved." Your nose would be perfect in the Heaven. It might be curved here. One says; "I am cold." You won't be cold in the Heaven. Quote

When a certain level of maturity is attained in the time of the system of the Mahdi, headscarves will be free in the whole world, hijabs will be free. But I wouldn't know if ladies would wear hijab or not. That is because there will be such a secure environment that there will be no need to wear hijab.
