They should not put emphasis on whether people believe or not, because they definitely believe in their subconscious minds. That is not because they do not believe, Allah says that “THEY REJECTED THEM OUT OF THEIR SOULS' TRANSGRESSION AND ARROGANCE.” When that wrong and arrogance is removed, they will accept right away in their conscience.
