Muslims do not get offended with each other. The heart of a Muslim is always together with God. The world is a short, temporary course, a place of education; this is no place to make a name for oneself, to claim to be superior, to claim to be intelligent and so forth. When observed from outer space, the world looks like a speck of dust. Go further and you cannot even see it anymore. Mankind is only a particle within the speck of dust. A pitiful creature indeed. So from where comes this arrogance? We will soon be dead and gone. Quote

The Islamic community has been devastated but the traditional orthodox section does not realize this. They believe they will come out of this situation by being even more bigoted, by improving the system that caused this mess in the first place. They want to wrap themselves up in an even more traditionalist orthodoxy, an even more terrifying mentality. Quote
