Traditional, radical understanding of Islam will not be accepted anywhere in the world. Neither Europe, nor US would ever accept that, Muslims would not accept it either. It is not reasonable to impose radicalism. Whole world would accept Islam in the sense of the system of the Mahdi, in the sense of Islam as lived in the time of the companions of our Prophet(saas).
