The quality of the weaponry given to our police officers and soldiers should be increased and a mobilization campaign should be declared. That would completely demoralize the PKK. The number of our soldiers would then reach to four million and we can gather them in 72 hours. Look, four million soldiers would make our enemies quiver in fear. There are not that many soldiers in the Chinese Army. Such a large army would be earth-shaking. After we are done with the PKK, we can withdraw our soldiers and have them discharged.
