Belief in reincarnation is totally illogical. What would happen if one entered a cat? There is nothing educational about it. There is no meaning in terms of testing a person. If a person needs time to mature, he is given plenty of time in this world. Ten days is enough for a person to learn, but Allah bestows 70-80 years. That is plenty of time to learn. Quote

That is why, Allah says, “They do not measure Allah with His true measure.” THE FACT IS, HOWEVER, ALLAH MUST BE LOVED WITH ZEAL. ALL THESE BEAUTIES BELONG TO HIM.
