Adnan Oktar: These (cat residences) need to be placed everywhere, extensively, all around Istanbul because watching  cats is pleasant. The cats are really very cute, and you need to make effort to stand still next to them. One really likes to adore them with great affection. They are very sweet ones and also very keen on cleaning themselves. They lick their bodies day and night when they do not have something else to do. They are very sweet beings. First of all, we need to establish a setting that is proper for the cats. Insha’Allah, these will all be taken care of at the time of End Times. Insha’Allah.

Adnan Oktar: It is really important to have cat residences on the streets. Let us ask for that from the municipality by writing a petition. What should the animals do in this cold weather? They should distribute portable houses for them right away, have pity for those animals. Even if there is only a light bulb in those residences, even that heat would suffice for them.

The Bayrampaşa Municipality is creating highly comfortable “cat residences” prepared for cats which are  domestic animals and are not capable of protecting themselves as much as dogs. These residences are heated and decorated with hot water bags and with automatic cat food dispensers and covered from  above and all  four sides in park-like settings throughout the province.
