EUROPE REGARDS TURKEY AS VERY GOOD AND USEFUL ON THIS SUBJECT; IT REGARDS THE MODEL OF ISLAM IT LIVES BY AS IDEAL FOR THE WORLD. This has completely resolved the issue. In other words, it has a structure that has a good understanding of Turkish nationalism and  applies that very well, AND THAT ALSO UNDERSTADS AND APPLIES ISLAM VERY WELL, IN ADDITION TO ADOPTING SECULARISM VERY WELL. HOWEVER, ALL ISLAMIC COUNTRIES AGREE THAT TURKEY IS THE COUNTRY THAT BEST APPLIES AND LIVES BY ISLAM.

TİKA Libya Program Coordinator Urhan said, ''What Libya needs is education. Education of managers, professional education, education of the young. Libyan officials have many requests on that.”
