Adnan Oktar:  The Turkic states will unite under Turkish leadership, and a Turkish-Islamic Union will form with the help of Turkish Union, insha’Allah. This will happen under Turkish leadership, and we are making steady progress toward it. Indeed, the ideal thing is for Turkey to assume the leadership role. Each country will remain an independent state, but there will be a spiritual union, insha’Allah, like the European Union. PASSPORT AND VISA REGIMES WILL BE ABOLISHED. COUNTRIES WILL EASILY BE ABLE TO TRADE AND MAKE EXCHANGES WITH ONE ANOTHER. THEY WILL BE BROTHERS. The foundation for this will be made with Azerbaijan, insha’Allah.

Adnan Oktar: We are the friend and older brother of this region. They are all our neighbors. We have lived side by side for hundreds or thousands of years. The division between us is totally artificial. THE BORDERS MUST BE OPENED UP, VISAS MUST BE ABOLISHED. LET US DO BUSINESS WITH AND EMBRACE THEM. WE WANT JOY AND A HOLIDAY ATMOSPHERE AND WE WANT PLENTY AND ABUNDANCE TO REACH EVERYWHERE. The world must see their hypocrisy, selfishness and ugliness and envy us.

Belarus Foreign Affairs Minister Sergei Martinov said that work on abolishing the visa regime with Turkey had been completed and that the agreement was awaiting the signature of Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu. Martinov went on to say, "We have a preliminary agreement with Mr. Davutoğlu, and I have invited him to Minsk particularly to sign this agreement."
