CONFRONT WHATEVER YOU AVOID. JUST TAKE THAT CHALLENGE AND YOU WILL OPEN UP. Someone who fears darkness must go into a dark room and sit there. Those who fear planes must go and get on a plane. First he can fly low and then he can fly high. Being afraid of everything is not becoming.

Bediuzzaman says that the system of the dajjal (antichrist) will intimidate some scholars.

Buddhists are afraid of the risk of bigotry as well. They too should be approached compassionately.

Muslims will go to the Heaven, unbelievers will go to Hell; but no one will be sure of him/herself. They will not be sure if they will go to Hell or to Heaven. They will be in between fear and hope. Allah wants it that way. By that, a Muslim would become perfect and very painstaking, insha'Allah.

Bravery is a characteristic of the Prophets. Prophets do not feel fear. Muslims should be like that as well. They should not fear anyone but Allah.

Communism spreads out in many places successively through fear. I mean many people accepts communism because of fear.

If our brothers and sisters act maturely, if they have their hearts in the right place they will see that everything will be at ease. If they remove fear upon people, if they create such a mature environment there will be no need for any kind of restriction.

People are living in fear all over the world. They are afraid of even talking. That is because people might infer everything said balefully. Even celebrities cannot wander around comfortably, they all have bodyguards around. The beautiful Istanbul is full of high walls, barbed wires and security cameras. There is the need for the system of the Mahdi in any case, there is the need for the Jesus Messiah (pbuh) in any case.

There is a feeling of fear in people and that is a grave danger. In the recent events many people remained silent. In fact they could have adopted a manner siding by the state and by democracy through their ideas, their speeches and their writings.

Being a coward would turn life into a dungeon.

What kind of an attitude is mentioned in the verses of the Qur’an? One that doesn’t give way to any tension, rage, or any kind of disturbance in the heart; not giving way to such manners. Not feeling afraid or sad, not being uneasy. In short, the Qur’an mentions an attitude that avoids all sorts of attitudes that could psychologically disturb a person.

We see that some civil servants are timid and do not put their trust in God in standing against the PKK. That is unbecoming. Our Prophet (saas) appeared with a handful of people, with 40 people. A Muslim should be brave and fearless.

Being afraid of an enemy, being afraid of something is a sign of lack of love for God; it is a sign of being aloof.

The spirit of idolatry brings about cowardice. They fail to understand this. God says, "I will put fear in their hearts." And He really puts fear in their hearts, so they become fearful and cowardly.

Not feeling fear, not feeling grief or sorrow are precise provisions of the Qur'an. A Muslim should avoid them all. A Muslim who puts his trust in God does not experience sorrow, grief or fear.

Fear and uneasiness constantly spreads about the world. People can never get rid of that uneasiness. This will come to and with the system of Mahdi.

Jealousy and fear are not known from birth, they are taught. One who has received the right kind of education would not feel envy or fear.

Most people live in fear and uneasiness. They cannot trust even their most closed ones. As a result, they walk around with sulky faces.

It is very important to start each day by remembering the Greatness of God with a profound faith and trust in God. Waking up knowing the Greatness of God would give an amazing relief to the hearts; talking about and remembering the Infinite Greatness of God is what brings relief to the hearts of the believers the most. A person who wakes up in such a mindset would be very comfortable and would put his trust in God with all his heart all day long. But if one forgets about the Greatness of God, such a person would be in fear all day long.

The trial in this world is absolutely essential. Think about that for a moment, otherwise a world would not be possible. In the absence of trial everything loses its meaning, may Allah forbid. The system becomes ruined. An easy trial is not a trial. It must be a reasonable trial, insha’Allah.

In the Qur’an, Allah draws attention to the threat of demagogy. (Surat as-Sad, 23) People may become superior through demagoguery although they are unjust. Allah warns us that we must be alert against demagoguery.

A Muslim will always ask for forgiveness from Allah, for he constantly makes mistakes and improper thoughts continuously occur to his mind.

A Muslim will have the spirit that embraces the entire world. He will love the entire world, all the human beings. He will have compassion for disbelievers, Christians and Jews. He will struggle to save all of them as the servants of Allah.

While the Turkish-Islamic Unity is being established, Allah does not make it happen without giving martyrs. This was also the case for the Ottoman Empire. During its establishment, many martyrs were given. This has always been the case. Great incidents happened before very important occurrences, insha’Allah.

Some women in this world are really ill-natured. That is why they do not have any impressive quality. In their presence, people simply feel unease. Though they may be beautiful, their presence disturbs people. But if they are both physically and spiritually beautiful, then they become very impressive.
