In the Qur’an, Allah makes it obligatory upon man to think. Moreover, He wants us to think deeply. As one thinks deeper, Allah places knowledge in people’s hearts. He sees the truth, and comes ever closer to Allah. The love he feels for Allah becomes profound.

OF COURSE WE MUST BE ABLE TO THINK DEEPLY. THE QUR’AN ALWAYS ENCOURAGES US TO THINK PROFOUNDLY. People always ask for ready information. They want the evidence about the existence of Allah to be obvious in the Qur’an. They want the miracles of the Qur’an to be out in the open so that they would be forced to have faith in Allah. Well this would not be the case.

Considering from an inner outlook, a person can not think anything other than what is predestined for him. For instance, veils are being opened. He says, “I have contemplated deeply and attained this profundity” but the fact is however, the hour when he will think deeply is evident. The time is evident. Other than that he can not think deeply.

After December 21st [2012] people will feel closeness to Allah in their hearts, they will feel a relief, a deeper power of thinking. They will start to see this themselves. That will increase in time and it will continue to increase until Allah will be the only One people ever talk about.

That is the deep aspect of love, of passion; being forgiving, compassionate, protective, thinking deep, seeing beauties in detail, seing wisdom in detail and patience. Patience is very important.

Allah motivates people to think deep through disasters of epic proportion.

For one to enjoy profundity, he needs to have a deep love for God. How could one who is unable to love God deeply love other manifestations?

There is no need to consume such an extraordinary amount of energy for attaining deep faith. If a person is very sincere, a deep faith would instantly be formed. They are imagining that religion is very difficult. They say, "You need to ponder deeply, you need to think deeply." Actually one cannot succeed at thinking deeply through mere willpower; God is the One Who will make one think deeply. A person does not have any individual power. What we need to do then is to be sincere. We have to be sincere and ask for it from God.

If people ponder on and grasp the wisdom in a single molecule, they would be amazed with God's artistry. But many live in oblivion.

Due to daily hassles, business, football, school or quarrel the majority of people do not ever contemplate vital matters.

One doesn't need very detailed technical knowledge to constantly think about and remember God.

Education alone cannot help a person; it is important to have good judgment, insight, wisdom and ability to think deeply.

One needs to be ambitious to get rid of getting accustomed to the things around him and failing to see the marvels in them. One should think profoundly, not superficially.

It is important to contemplate the proofs of the existence of God one by one in detail. One needs to think about one topic at a time instead of being overwhelmed by hundreds of different topics.

For true faith to emerge, one needs to always side with God and think deeply by giving all attention to God alone. It won’t emerge if attention is diverted to the worldly life.

Thinking a lot and taking on different responsibilities will help both mind and personal development.

Deep thinking is critical in Islam. It is important to recite God’s names by knowing and thinking about their meanings.

A beautiful character will make a person physically more beautiful, too. For example, a kind, smart woman is naturally very attractive.

Fasting in Ramadan helps people realize their weakness, calms excessive feelings inside and helps thinking about God deeply as a lenient person.

Most people cannot comprehend God’s art because they think superficially. They would understand the truth if they thought a little deeper.

Always thinking deeply and elaborately, and being upright, respectable and clear-headed is what befits believers.

Deep thinking is only possible with sincerity. It is not possible for a sincere person to remain superficial.

From now on, the influence of wise, deep-thinking people who truly love God will be seen in the world. A handful of wise people can rule the masses.

Faith is very precious and treasured. Those who cannot think deeply give up their faith easily.

People who are lazy for thinking would not be wise, would not be able to think deep. When that is the case, they lose their joy and happiness, they lose their reasoning and their ability to judge. Keenly preserving a constant, sharp closeness and attachment to God, constantly trusting in God would make one’s mind sharp and precise. People would then advance on a straightforward, steady path. But of course one would be tested while advancing on that straightforward path. Some people assume that they would not face any difficulty once they love God and put their trust in God. That would not be right. Loving God very much doesn’t mean removing all difficulties. Prophets live in the hardest of conditions. For instance, Hazrat Hamza loves God very much and God makes him a martyr, Hazrat Ali loves God very much but God makes him a martyr as well. Believers would most definitely be faced with difficulties, this is the condition of the trial.
