The suggestion to divide the homeland is an indecent suggestion. Whoever brings forth such an offer is characterless. No one should ever dare to come to us with such a vile offer.

Let us, as a nation, roar like a lion in the democratic platform against the danger of separation. This would strengthen our Prime Minister’s hand.

Separation is a sign of rage and hostility. Unity on the other hand is a sign of love and affection. Separation brings about cruelty, brutality and an insane competition.

It is very nice to be sensitive in the face of separatist danger.

USA encourages disintegration in the South East yet it keeps mum against North Korea. That is because North Korea wouldn't listen to it. That means USA steps back when it sees determination. If we, as a nation, were to display a clear and determined approach against division US might give up that obsession of dividing as well.

No one would ever take the proponents of separation seriously.

Some people are trying to persuade our people to separation. Yet they have been silenced when we gave them the due response.

We would not be in drenched in blood and nor would we hide any distress. On the contrary our people would put those who attempt to divide our homeland in distress.

Do you know what separation means? It means losing our homeland, it means that religion, faith and everything else goes to ruin. That is nothing like death; that is devastation. It is like sitting in the middle of hell, may Allah forbid. We want the Unity of Islam, we want the Turkish Islamic Unity. We want Great Turkey.

If there are people who secretly want to divide Turkey, may Allah destroy them all. May Allah make those who strive to divide our country preoccupied with their own troubles.

Autonomy, federation, autocracy, the federative state system; these are all fancy names for separation. Beware of that! Our soldiers have been martyred because they stood against these names. None of our martyrs will ever accept that. No Turkish youngster, no Muslim would ever accept that.

Struggle against separation can be carried out through democracy. The more democracy, the more profound democracy, the more freedom would prevent the separation. This is one of the reasons that would prevent separation. Struggling against Darwinism-materialism, explaining the facts leading to faith and the freedoms that the Qur'an demands from us, our being free; these are the remedies.

We would not let our country be disintegrated even if half of our population is martyred.

Our honor, our pride, our dignity, our homeland, nation, our flag, our Lord, our Book; these are what life is for us. We can give our lives for Allah without batting an eyelid. We are living for Allah anyway.

Being a martyr is a blessing for a Muslim, it is a beauty. If you ask a Muslim to choose in between a lavish meal and martyrdom, he/she would certainly choose martyrdom.

Our martyrs have submitted their lives to Allah for this homeland. No one can dare to bring us an offer for separation.

We regard rejoining our Lord a festivity. Alhamdulillah Allah is the One we love.

Crying for martyrs would make the antichrist happy. It is not acceptable to cry after the post of martyrdom Allah has praised. We consider all those who cry out of excitement clear of this.

Martyrdom is an honor. Mourning after a martyr will be impertinent towards that exalted rank.

While the Turkish-Islamic Unity is being established, Allah does not make it happen without giving martyrs. This was also the case for the Ottoman Empire. During its establishment, many martyrs were given. This has always been the case. Great incidents happened before very important occurrences, insha’Allah.

They may demand 5 million martyrs, if they want. We can give martyrs without blinking an eye. They can demand another 5 million martyrs, but we would not give up an inch of our land. They have to know this.

We can give martyrs in streams; but we would never give so much as an inch of our land. May many souls be sacrificed for Allah.

Martyrdom is something to rejoice in. It is an honor, a blessing; it is not something to mourn about. Only idolaters mourn about death. Only unbelievers cry for such things. In the Qur’an God says, “Let them laugh less and cry a lot.” And what do you say? You say, “Do not laugh!” God says that for idolaters. Muslims do laugh, and they only cry out of love for God.

Allah motivates people to think deep through disasters of epic proportion.
