God enables people to benefit from getting used to certain things in one respect; it might be a characteristic given in order to protect people from being ruined by the fear of God. It enables people to be calmer. I mean it is like a tranquilizer for people. Getting used to certain facts is like psychological tranquilizer.

People are adrift in a sea of habituation. In order to dispose of this affliction, they must get out of the sea of habituation and begin to use their reasoning and foresight. If they did so, they would have a tremendous faith when they realize the miracle hidden within a cell. Their faith would match those of the prophets. But people suffer from a lack of foresight.

People are virtually adrift in a sea of habituation. They should pray to God to be able to shed themselves of it. They should say, "O Lord, render my mind clear enough so that I can appreciate Your miracles. My mind does not let me feel the way I should feel in the face of such miracles." To use a metaphorical example, there is writing but people cannot read it. The believers should say, "May I attain my foresight so that I can feel the excitement of such miracle. O Lord, may I be able to appreciate You appropriately."

Having a weak sense of attention and appreciation in the face of shocking and stunning information shows how incapable the human mind and soul are. The willpower falls short. Otherwise, normally people should feel quite amazed, astonished. The only cure for this weakness is prayer.

Not getting accustomed to the miraculous signs leading to faith around us is very important.

One needs to be ambitious to get rid of getting accustomed to the things around him and failing to see the marvels in them. One should think profoundly, not superficially.

Actually sport activities should be obligatory. In order to bring about a fit youth, there should be one hour, one and a half hour sports lesson each day, or at least every other day. The important thing is to make the youth spiritually and physically healthy and sound.

Very nice facilities can be built in schools for youth. They need to be encouraged about sports and sports should be made obligatory in a way. If you leave one to his own means, doing sports might be very difficult.

Hagia Sophia will be opened but it will be in the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh). The opening of Hagia Sophia, Hazrat Mahdi's girding himself with our Prophet's (saas) sword and cardigan; they will all take place at the same time. Nothing of that sort will happen before that, insha'Allah.

An important characteristic, an amazing feature of Surat Al-Kahf is that it is consisted of 110 verses and it is the 18th Surah. It gives the date 110x18 = 1980, the date Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will appear.

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will have concise knowledge. He will not be sucked into details like some certain scholars and suffocate in those details. He will get into the essence of everything and talk about the wisdom behind. He would thus be explaining everything briefly but to the point.

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) will communicate the message of Islam in a wise, brief and pithily manner. Consequently he will resolve the problem of being suffocated in details for the ummah.

There will not be a big earthquake in Istanbul, until Hijri 1506. There might be minor quakes but a destructive earthquakes will not take place until 1506, insha'Allah.

The system of the Mahdi is the way to enter the European Union as well. The spirit of the Mahdi, love of the system of the Mahdi, compassion of the system of the Mahdi, sincerity of the system of the Mahdi, its approach toward democracy, arts and science are ideal for the European Union. It is crucial for Christian-Muslim alliance.

The body recognizes faith. Body and cells love faith. Cells feel happy with faith. Only with faith cells start living as is due, only then they start living healthy. They do not become ill. Otherwise cells fall ill.

Faith causes physical changes on face. Actually physical attributes do not change, so there is something extraordinary in this. It can explicitly be noticed, it can be recognized from the outside. That means faith is recognized by the cells.

In uneducated people there is a strong tendency towards violence and vandalism; it is very easy for them to ravage things. It is very easy for them to fall in disbelief. It is very easy for them to be irreligious. But being religious requires having good morals, being sensible and strong-willed; it requires patience, self-sacrifice and profundity. It is not easy. That is why communist way of thinking develops very easily among them.

Being based on a very strong belief system is a specialty of the system of the Mahdi. That is the reason why it is invincible. Policy should be installed upon a very strong basis of faith. Strong political maneuvers are of no value. Systems based on strong political maneuvers are bound to be destroyed, they definitely fail. This should not be forgotten.

Plans should be made by taking how Turkey and the rest of the region will be in thirty years' time into consideration. If a system is not founded on a strong belief, but only on successful political maneuvers, those successful political maneuvers might turn upside down in a while.

Without the command of God carried out, God will not fulfill His promise. God says; "Unite or you will lose all your strength."

God says that Muslims should definitely have a leader. He says that every nation has a leader. He says; "I will give you richness, abundance, peace and security in unity and solidarity." God says; "Or else I will make you taste fear and pain, I will make you suffer." And that happens exactly as He says. It is no use to try and ignore God's open command.

Christians unite under the leadership of the Pope; Jews unite under the leadership of the Chief Rabbi. Masons unite under the Grand Master. How about Muslims? They keep saying; "There is no need for Muslims to unite." How is that acceptable? There is something weird about that, there is something wrong. And it has to be made right immediately. Islamic Union should be advocated enthusiastically with love. Anything contrary is forbidden by religion.

Almighty God does not want monotony, God definitely breaks down inertia. For instance if it is a mountain we are talking about, He turns it into a volcano, if it is a land we are talking about, He makes it restless with an earthquake, if it is a person He either makes him sick or makes him happy or takes his life; but one way or another Almighty God surely brings about dynamism. There is no inertia.

Almighty God is filling the sea of the system of the Mahdi for 40 years. The overflow will come at the end of those 40 years. After that, just like the ark of the Prophet Noah (pbuh), the ship will run ashore insha'Allah. Our Prophet (saas) says; "The life of the antichrist (dajjal) will be 40 years." That means the struggle in between the system of the Mahdi and the system of the antichrist will last 40 years.

In the time of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh), a search will be conducted underneath the Kaaba. We will find remains dating ten thousand, fifteen thousand, twenty thousand years back. We will find remains from those periods. We will see that even in those periods people had belief in one God.
