God gives abundance and plenty to the countries with sincerely devout people. If they remain aloof to religion, God gives them troubles and inauspiciousness. This is valid for each and every individual, for each and every individual person.

When people wash their hearts with religion; it becomes a radiance and light upon them. But many people imagine that religion takes their lives away. As a matter of fact, irreligiousness takes lives away, fundamentally. Everything turns into a burden for them. Food turns into a trouble for them, their cars, their homes, their wives, their friends, their schools, everything they have turns into a burden. But if they are faithful their wives would turn into blessings, their friends would be blessings, their homes would become their place of worship, their lives would be radiant, everything around them would be radiant and their hearts would be full of relief.

Religion is a blessing. A greater part of people- may God forbid- regard religion as if it is an affliction. Actually, religion is the ornament of the world, it is the joy of life, it is the light of the mind, a relief of the heart, it is a divine gift.

The blather of unbelief is so difficult that it is a trial in this world. It necessitates patience, that is for one. Secondly it necessitates attention. From which point that impertinent attitude is to be refuted should be investigated separately. These are not always from the same point of view, they all have to be proven with verses and then a rationale should be propounded.

Being patient and trusting in God are two important characteristics that God loves and likes. What does trusting in God mean? It means a Muslim will be faced with great incidents yet he will always put his trust in God and be patient. He will not worry, he will not be sad, he will not be afraid.

God demands piety in the real sense. Or else it is not like thinking that there is a social life and there is religion lived right on the edge; there is no such thing. How could there be something to call a social life? Religion rules every aspect of life. Religion rules everything in a Muslim's life. What does a social life means? You can go anywhere on Earth and only the good pleasure of God prevails in everything you do.

God creates millions, billions, trillions of wonders in this world, so much so that it is innumerable. God wants those blessings appreciated, He wants the artistry He created to be seen and appreciated individually. God says "If you tried to number God's blessings, you could never count them."

God tests us with a beautiful trial. Actually that is also a beautiful education. In the end maturity, kindness and a personality suitable for the morality of Heaven develop.

If one finds it discouraging to show patience, he would face lots of difficulties. Then one would have to tolerate this. The fact is however, toleration is something, showing patience is something else. Patience is an act of worship done with pleasure. It is an act of worship done readily.

Something happens and we act patiently. But we also reinforce our patience phase by phase. What is this, then? This is education. An education for what? An education for Heaven. God chooses a handful of Muslims and educates them here. When they are directly put in Heaven, what happened to the Prophet Adam (pbuh) happens. It doesn't work that way, that is to say. With the education given the mind settles, the personality develops and one starts appreciating the blessings of God.

It is astonishing that even though people suffer extensively, they fail to realize the importance of religion. Actually a normal devout person lives a very peaceful, a very beautiful life.

When one is on the path of God, God gives him richness, abundance and beauty. But also accept the sufferings on that path, not only the blessings. It is not acceptable otherwise. You should accept the patience; accept the ordeals. Then God would rain down His blessings upon you.

The US should become religious again; the current situation is not acceptable. When they are religious, peace comes upon them. When they are irreligious an enormous exiguousness and inauspiciousness comes upon them.

Some people never accept patience and ordeals, yet ask directly for blessings. That is unacceptable. You can neither attain Heaven like that nor attain the good pleasure of God. This is a place of trial not a place of fun. Almighty God says, "If We had desired to have some amusement, We would have derived it from Our Presence, but We did not do that." Heaven is the place of amusement, there is no such thing in this world.

Making mention of the blessings of God is crucial. One would become egoistical and abnormal when he forgets to do that, his heart would not be in anything he does: May God forbid. That is why God tells us to invoke His Name. Invoking the Name of God would bring relief and beauty to one's heart.

When God's Name is not recited, that region, that city, that country would become barren. What comes in its place? Hunger and economic crisis. What comes in its place? Terror. Those two dangers. Is God's Name invoked in Greece? No. Is His Name invoked in other countries? For instance, is His Name invoked in the US? What happens then? Hunger comes. Hunger enwraps them all in those vast lands. Terror, meaning fear, comes following that.

Israel is the one who instills religiousness in the region. At that time, Palestine was the center of communism. All the communists were trained there. Egypt was a center of communism, Syria was a center of communism. They became religious after the foundation of Israel. They looked at them and saw that they are religious and decided to be religious themselves.

When in comfort, they unite against God in wide masses and rebel against God almost worldwide. When they are crushed, they pray to God and beg. What is the need for that crushing? Do not do that, be wise, repent. Be thankful to God and say, “O Lord, You are Great, I do love You so much” and see that God would make blessings rain down on you. Why are you looking for trouble? Why do you go astray and run riot? Why do you crush yourself?

There is no patience in Heaven, there is no courage, there is no reason to be courageous. You cannot be patient, courageous, brave. There is nothing to resign one's self to. Purity, self-sacrifice, none of those exist in Heaven. It is the abode of fun. Of course there is being thankful and praising, there is seeing the Manifestations of God and loving.

God always wants love. Or else neither beauty, nor anything else would have any meaning. Think about the mansions in Heaven and think about them filled with robot-like beings, think about those robot-like beings swimming in the pools of Heaven. Such a view, may God forbid, would be painful. As God bestows that blessing on humans carrying God's soul, on those who've suffered through ordeals, difficulties, an amazing beauty would be formed. With that, Heaven would find its meaning and by that, God would be measured with His true measure.

Almighty God gives blessings in abundance but the lack of thanking Him for those blessings is really irritating. You are invited to a palace, there are amazing foods, desserts, yet you simply eat them and leave yelling and kicking the door with your foot on your way out. Neither a thank you, nor any admiration; that would of course draw scourges upon you.

Poverty might appear to be a pitiful concept on the outside, but actually poverty makes people humble, devout and good-mannered. It makes people appreciative of blessings and makes them recognize the value of those blessings.

One should be fastidious about religion, protect and watch over Islam strongly. God protects us and watches over us. He gives us our eyes, nose, mouth and ears. He makes our hearts beat non-stop. We would drop in our tracks if it didn't. He gives us food, He creates colors for us, He creates voices, He creates beauties. God is constantly attending to all our needs.

One wakes up for the morning prayers with love. God created you with all these details and gives you uninterrupted blessings. In the morning God gives you food, He feeds you at lunch time and also at dinner. He gives you your breath constantly and has your heart working uninterruptedly day in and day out. If He stops your heart for a moment, you would be dead. If He stops your breathing for a moment, you would be dead. If you consider prayers to be too much for God, that would be foul play against God.

Radicals are about to wipe the beautiful religion of Islam off the face of this world, because of the religion of their ancestors. They have ruined Muslims as well. Everywhere around the world people are being cut up, beaten, abused, insulted and spit upon. Some behead others, some drag others on the ground behind moving cars, they riddle others with bullets, they throw barrel bombs at them. There is an inconceivable system of persecution. These will all come to an end if and when they turn towards the Qur'an.
