Patience is an act of worship. Waiting as a form of worship is called patience. In toleration, one simply endures. Patience is the name of that act of worship. I mean like prayers, it is the name the act of worship.

There is no patience in Heaven, there is no courage, there is no reason to be courageous. You cannot be patient, courageous, brave. There is nothing to resign one's self to. Purity, self-sacrifice, none of those exist in Heaven. It is the abode of fun. Of course there is being thankful and praising, there is seeing the Manifestations of God and loving.

For you to believe in love in Heaven you need to show self-sacrifice, bravery, patience, cleanliness and piety. A Muslim feels sure of himself because he shows that morality; he feels sure of being loved. Those who love him, love him in that respect anyway.

If a person does not believe in God, it would be impossible to find it in one's soul to trust that person. How could one see the other person if he does not possess the mind to see God? If one does not have it in his heart to be thankful to God, how could it be possible for him to thank another person? How could one be loyal to a servant of God if he cannot be loyal to God? It is faith that ensures the energy and nobility of love.

Man is a being made up of blood, flesh and bones. Man possesses a thousand and one different weaknesses. How could one feel love for that? One would be insane. One could only be loved if he possesses the soul of God, if he is a noble being, if he is a being that would live for all eternity.

Love is something that widens as one uses his mind. It develops in proportion to one's mind. For instance, you act loyally and the love you receive increases. You show compassion and the love you receive increases. You act patiently and the love you receive increases. You protect and watch over others, the love you receive increases. You think deeply and act considerate, the love you receive increases. You talk kindly and it increases; you refrain from telling lies and it increases. You constantly act honestly and it increases. You constantly approach others warmly with good intentions and it increases. One would detest the other if he sees anything contrary.

When one asks for love, he should first aim for the love of God. No love can be formed if there is no love for God or fear of God.

If there is a fervent love, that means there is a fervent faith. If one has a fervent love for a woman, you should know that he possesses a fervent faith. That is the sign of it.

Love is the portent of believing in God. When one believes in God, love would instantly be formed. God would instantly embed love in their hearts. In the verse, Almighty God says; "As for those who have faith and do right actions, the All-Merciful will bestow His love on them."

One remains standing only with love. When the system of love is disturbed, the whole body falls ill.

We have love inside and out; we have love in our hearts. It is love that will save the world. God wants love. The Qur'an tells us about love from cover to cover. The Qur'an is the book of love.

God is love. Almighty God loves His servants, and He wants His servants to love Him as well.

People should be trained regarding love. Love is the main anchor point of the world. There is no life without love.

Love, beauty and art are the goals of life: Without them why would you ever bother to build bridges, why would you bother building tube tunnels from the land or under the sea? All those things would be vain. For love to exist, art and aesthetics nurturing love should be attached great importance.

Something happens and we act patiently. But we also reinforce our patience phase by phase. What is this, then? This is education. An education for what? An education for Heaven. God chooses a handful of Muslims and educates them here. When they are directly put in Heaven, what happened to the Prophet Adam (pbuh) happens. It doesn't work that way, that is to say. With the education given the mind settles, the personality develops and one starts appreciating the blessings of God.

If one finds it discouraging to show patience, he would face lots of difficulties. Then one would have to tolerate this. The fact is however, toleration is something, showing patience is something else. Patience is an act of worship done with pleasure. It is an act of worship done readily.

God tests us with a beautiful trial. Actually that is also a beautiful education. In the end maturity, kindness and a personality suitable for the morality of Heaven develop.

Being patient and trusting in God are two important characteristics that God loves and likes. What does trusting in God mean? It means a Muslim will be faced with great incidents yet he will always put his trust in God and be patient. He will not worry, he will not be sad, he will not be afraid.

God bestows better means, more beautiful blessings to those who are more devout and that is visible. But of course Muslims will be patient. I mean Muslims should see the beauty beneath the ordeals and the beauty beneath the blessings.

The blather of unbelief is so difficult that it is a trial in this world. It necessitates patience, that is for one. Secondly it necessitates attention. From which point that impertinent attitude is to be refuted should be investigated separately. These are not always from the same point of view, they all have to be proven with verses and then a rationale should be propounded.

When one is on the path of God, God gives him richness, abundance and beauty. But also accept the sufferings on that path, not only the blessings. It is not acceptable otherwise. You should accept the patience; accept the ordeals. Then God would rain down His blessings upon you.

Some people never accept patience and ordeals, yet ask directly for blessings. That is unacceptable. You can neither attain Heaven like that nor attain the good pleasure of God. This is a place of trial not a place of fun. Almighty God says, "If We had desired to have some amusement, We would have derived it from Our Presence, but We did not do that." Heaven is the place of amusement, there is no such thing in this world.

God says " If you are grateful, I will certainly give you increase." They do not believe in this. They say "No, that is not what is going to happen." And as long as you keep saying it won't happen, you will continue to grovel.

If a person is patient, if he constantly thanks God, God would open the doors to him where he least expects. But because they constantly complain, blessings do not come upon them.

The trial of Muslims is really difficult. I mean an easy trial would be very humiliating for Muslims. That means there is really a painful situation for that person, that means there is something weird. The tougher one's trial, the better it is for him.
