Almighty God says that His sincere servants will be saved. God attaches great importance to sincerity. When we see insincerity, we feel a sense of repulsion. We dislike it, we find it cold and evil. Sincerity, on the other hand, makes us feel relieved and comfortable.

Sincere people are beautiful; crooked people on the other hand are really ugly. People find ease and comfort in honesty. Lies distress people, make them feel suffocated. People are created weak anyway. It becomes devastating when all those negative things are loaded upon one and it deranges one's mind and [damages their] health.

If people act sincerely and look for love, God turns the world into heaven on earth.

This huge world is big enough for everyone. Why is there the need for all this rampaging, all this lovelessness? Why do you allocate your time for hatred? Devote your time to love and have peace of mind. Why do you distress yourself?

The only thing God asks us is to be loved. God says, “Love Me deeply. Feel a great affection for Me, so that I will give you all kinds of blessings and make you happy. And that would make Me pleased in return."

What is a prayer? It is love and respect. If you show love and respect, in response to your love and respect, God creates a beauty for you as a gesture. These are mutual demonstrations of love.

God doesn't want to be loved ordinarily, He doesn't want a monotonous love either. No one would want such a love. What good would a monotonous, plain love do? You give money and in return she loves you. She loves you because of your profession. She loves you because of her own interests. There is no such love.

Artists are people of love. People of love live on love. Artists would die if you do not show love to them. They won't be able to perform art either. You need to applaud them, encourage them, compliment them, award them and blandish them. They need to know that they are loved to feel exuberant.

It has nothing to do with showing a lot of effort. The whole point is to love God sincerely; to love God with a deep, profound love. If you love God, you are strong. I mean if you love God a lot, you would definitely be victorious. Look I am not saying that “if you believe in God”, I am saying “if you love God”. Actually to feel love, you have to believe in Him.

There is no place for superstitions in faith. Religion is very rationalistic; the miracles of the Qur'an, presented with scientific evidence and facts leading to faith, all conform with rationality. The path of reason should be opened. The way to think rationally should be demonstrated. The beauty of thinking conscientiously and sincerely should be taught. When one thinks sincerely, he would attain faith anyway.

It might appear as if a person loses a lot while acting in all sincerity; the fact is, however, that person gains a lot in secret. You look at that person and see that he gets into trouble and loses his goods, his means. However God eventually gives him abundance. In the meantime, the other one might think that he will attain goods and means by crushing his good conscience but the world escapes from him while he pursues worldly goals. That person would suffer enormously. That is a devastating groveling, a devastating chase.

Heaven is immaculately clean. There are paintings in Heaven, there is music, there is beauty. All the women are very well kept and well-groomed in Heaven. Turn this world you are living in into Heaven on Earth; why do you have to turn it into hell? God wants us to turn this world into Heaven with our faith, with our intelligence, with our efforts.

They have misrepresented Islam as ugly and frightening. They have misrepresented it as a system of violence, as a hellish movement. They have misrepresented Muslims as killing machines, as fond of massacres, and thus caused people to take a great dislike to Islam. The fact of the matter is, however, that Islam means beauty, aesthetics, arts, reason, knowledge, culture, understanding, goodness and sincerity.

The solution to the persecution and the sufferings going on in the region cannot be found solely with diplomacy. It can be solved with love, with connection to God.

It is very important to be decisive and persistent. I believe that these troubles, these pains will come to an end with the help of God. I see that loving, wise people are active. It is possible to persuade even the cruelest ones. If you approach them with love, if you approach them with faith in God, we will altogether see that it is possible to do that. Everything will return to its former beauty.

The Prophet Solomon (pbuh) is the sultan of arts and aesthetics. He is the one who taught arts and aesthetics to the world. Christianity learned the arts from him. They have learned how palaces should be adorned, how the masjids should be adorned, how the buildings should be adorned, all from him. The palaces in Europe, the palaces of the Ottomans have all been built by emulating the palace of the Prophet Solomon (pbuh). The Prophet Solomon is the father of all palaces, he is the father of arts, aesthetics and beauty.

God wants a solidified faith; that can only be attained with a sincere soul. It is not possible to attain that without sincere good conscience.

Islam will appear in the face of this world as an utterly modern, joyous, healthy system, open to science and arts, open to beauty and aesthetics. It will appear like Heaven. Islam will not be an environment full of filth and darkness, causing people to suffer, hanging people, chopping people up, far removed from aesthetics; it will not be an environment in which filthy people are living. God would not harm Islam like that and will not let Muslims harm Islam like that.

A great many people rebel against God or expostulate on God. They expostulate, saying, "He doesn't help me, He has taken my son away from me, He has taken my car away from me, He has taken my possessions from me." Who is the One Who gives you your child? God is. Who is the One Who takes him away from you? God is. I mean the expostulation here is very irrational; it is an act far removed from sincerity. God doesn't like such conduct.

People like wealth, power and ruler-ship. Beautiful women, beautiful cars, beautiful music, beautiful clothes all have a very powerful impact on people's lowerselves. If you communicate religion by making use of those within reasonable, legitimate limits, you would make religion enter life and thus Islam would reach the great masses of people.

God always wants love. Or else neither beauty, nor anything else would have any meaning. Think about the mansions in Heaven and think about them filled with robot-like beings, think about those robot-like beings swimming in the pools of Heaven. Such a view, may God forbid, would be painful. As God bestows that blessing on humans carrying God's soul, on those who've suffered through ordeals, difficulties, an amazing beauty would be formed. With that, Heaven would find its meaning and by that, God would be measured with His true measure.

One might be beautiful but arrogant and that beauty would not have any meaning. Beauty can also be an incitement. One might be young and beautiful but become mad with arrogance and vanity. You might see someone as ugly but that person could love madly and passionately. That person could then present a thousand times more beauty than those you call beautiful.

Love, beauty and art are the goals of life: Without them why would you ever bother to build bridges, why would you bother building tube tunnels from the land or under the sea? All those things would be vain. For love to exist, art and aesthetics nurturing love should be attached great importance.

The best course of action is to be forgiving, to act as people of peace, to see goodness in everything. People are created as weak, they are not strong enough to deal with troubles. Feeling rage towards one, messing with another person, screaming at them, conspiring against another: All you have is a small, weak body. How can your weak body deal with all that pain, with all that filth? Be honest, sincere and immaculate.

They are trying to alienate people from religion. For instance they say, 'There is no music in religion.' People then take a dislike towards religion. What else? They say, 'There are no paintings in religion.' Laughing? They claim that it is unlawful as well. Well then my brother, are you trying to make people insane? According to their twisted minds, young girls are unable to put on makeup, they are unable to be sleek. Set them free, let them have fun and be beautiful. Instead, they are presenting a hellish life in the name of religion.
