As people casted slanders on Bediuzzaman, God gave him health and welfare. Bediuzzaman has never been to a hospital or a doctor in his life. He was very healthy.

Many slanders are casted upon people working on the Way of God. Bediuzzaman was slandered. There are 90 different slanders and curses that have been responded to Treatise of Light. 90 slanders mean 90 thousand good deeds in the Hereafter insha'Allah.

Islamic Union and the system of the Mahdi is the essence of the Treatise of Light.

Our nation behaves with religion and lives with religion. Without religion there is no meaning to life. There is no meaning to living. Without religion why would we want to live anyway? What meaning would life have then? The only reason for living is religion, Hereafter, love for God. Without love of God, without belief in Hereafter there is no meaning to life.

It is not possible for Islam to prevail using the way of politics. Bediuzzaman says; "politics darkens souls." An intense politic ambition is observed in the Middle East.

Bediuzzaman says; "Islam cannot prevail through politics." The system of the Mahdi is the way to make Islam prevail in the world.

According to the explanations of Bediuzzaman Jesus Messiah (pbuh) will leave preaching religion to Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) and he will lead world politics.

Bediuzzaman is the main reason of the current reasonable Muslim profile. He prepared the main foundation of the modern Islamic understanding, the understanding of Islam as lived in the time of the Companions of our Prophet (saas).

Our Master Bediuzzaman Said Nursi is a very sweet scholar. I mean he is the greatest scholar of the last 1000 years. If we have such a peaceful environment in Turkey, if there is such a reasonable understanding of Islam in the Islamic Union, if Muslims are against anarchy and terror; it is all because of Bediuzzaman.

Man cannot withstand heavy pressure. Religion removes pressure and restrictions.

Bediuzzaman says that there will be three big communist revolutions after the year 1506 according to Hijri calendar and he gives the dates.

Youngsters are living the essence of religion. That is because religion is love, compassion, goodness, beauty and good morals.

Religion is the spirit of this world. God gives religion as a blessing in this world. As He creates the world, God teaches us how to use this world with the Book, like a prospectus. If you use it as God tells us to, the world turns into a heaven on earth.

The original style of Treatise of Light is amazing. It has a special spirit of discourse, a spirituality. Simplifying the language of the Treatise of Light is not at all acceptable for us.

Religion and science are one within the other. Islam increases the strength of science and science increases the strength of Islam.

If the people – may Allah forbid- becomes irreligious, Turkey would be devastated. There will be no Turkish Nation or Turkey left behind. It is religion that keeps Turkey straight. Allah keeps Turkey straight by means of religion. What is the unifying aspeck? It is religion. What is integrating? Religion. When religion is gone, there will be no family, no morality, no state, nothing left behind.

The struggle of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is visible, manifest and victorious.

Bediuzzaman says; “I would have come to Istanbul even if I were in Mecca or Medina.” He says; “Turkey is the center of the Islamic Union.” Bediuzzaman has always implemented a policy based on Istanbul.

Because of the bigoted mindset, many people stand aloof to religion.

Religion exists because of the love of Allah. It would not be appropriate to see religion as –may Allah forbid- a remedy for straits. Religion is not to be implemented to be at ease or to find peace. Religion is practiced only for Allah.

Let Turkey relish religion, let the whole country relish religion. Let the warmth and the protectiveness of religion envelop everywhere. Let us see the warmth of religion in the clubs, let us see the warmth of religion on the beaches, in the national assembly, everywhere. It would be great if that happens.

Religion is honor. Demanding something that religion does not demand would be ignominous, honor would then be disrupted. If you claim that God is saying something while He clearly does not, if you make additions to the religion of God, that is when one would actually become dishonorable, that is when one would lose his honor.

Religion does not serve politics, politics serve religion. We are making politics serve religion. Politics is simply a servant. Religion is the law of God. Knowingly or unwittingly, everyone would serve religion.

Religion is the Qur'an. If you live by the Qur'an, then it is okay. Or else putting lights on pine trees and putting lights for one's garden and on streets would not contravene religion.

The miracles of our Prophet (saas) that have been realized in the End Times are being concealed. If the headlines of a well-recognized newspaper, a newspaper in Europe, the Guardian for instance were to read; "How did the Prophet Mohammad (saas) foretell the comet with two horns?" even with that millions billions of people would start to believe.
