The people devoted to this world, people full of jealousy and envy, people in love with this world are unable to use their willpower and mind in such a calm environment. It is just like a baby developing in a mother's womb. They imagine that they will be creating that child. You cannot do that, God creates it. When the time comes, that child is born and you cannot stop it.

When a characteristic of unbelief smears a Muslim's character, it makes him suffer a lot. When a little bit of unbelief smears one's character, sufferings and distress start. He feels suffocated and fidgety but doesn't know why. Actually, that distress stems from his sliding towards unbelief.
