Those who have a sickness in their hearts are proud, egocentric and arrogant. They regard the sense of superiority as a precious form of worship. However, they are not aware of the fact that they are doing it under the influence of satan. They cannot realize their evil actions.

Satan specifically identifies and attacks those people with sickness in their hearts. Should these people forsake God, then they are unaware of this. The influence of satan envelops them like a layer of iron and satan will never release his hold on them again. He has a strong grip on their souls.

Hypocrites profess to be superior in this world. They become spoiled and go astray; however in the afterlife, in the Presence of God, they will have no strength left in them to act like a snob, a know-it-all, a pseudo-intellectual, a sneak.

In the era of Our Prophet (pbuh), the then- hypocrites pretended to be wiser than Our Prophet; as they believed themselves to be supposedly wiser, they talked in a patronizing manner. Hypocrites are insolent and disrespectful.

Our Prophet (pbuh) says in the hadith, "Most of the hypocrites in my community are from among well-educated people." Knowledge leads them astray and into a desire to be apart from Muslims. Feeling a sense of superiority, hypocrites seek to abandon Muslims, thinking, "I am wiser and smarter."

The hypocrite has an innate desire to leave. In his book 'Ihya' ulum al-din', Imam al-Ghazzali states, "The hypocrite inside a mosque is like a bird inside a cage. When the door of the cage is opened, the bird flies away."

Muslims look forward to the hypocrite leaving them in peace but as soon as he leaves, another one comes along. The hypocrite is a necessity and is significant for worship. It is just that people should know the Qur'an method well to be able to deal with them effectively.

It is dangerous to let your guard down against the hypocrite threat. People must be ever-vigilant against hypocrites because a hypocrite is like sticky tar. The moment you get rid of one of them, another one appears. There is no Muslim community that is free from hypocrites.

A hypocrite is not alone. When he abandons Muslims, he turns to an already available hypocrite community. A hypocrite always has a crew that will watch over him and look after him but he hates them as much as they hate him.

There should be no pride involved in love, since if there is pride, love ends. Pride and lack of forgiveness are the poisons of love. People thus fail in managing love. However, forgiveness, bringing your pride under control, putting your pride aside, this clears the way for love to the fullest extent.

The world has come to an end, and the Almighty God wants the end to be magnificent. He does not want Christianity, Judaism and Islam to conclude with such a polytheistic and miserable end, but a magnificent one through the belief of oneness of God; an ending with the appearance of the Mahdi (pbuh), the descend of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh) and the dominance of Islam. There will be a rapid degeneration following these occurrences.

Wisdom is a light shed upon us by God; it is given to mankind by God as an inspiration. Wisdom does not appear out of nowhere. If God takes the wisdom away, one would be astounded, become speechless, tongue-tied as if a mute.

The common characteristic of all the hypocrites in the era of Our Prophet (pbuh) is that they consider themselves superior to Our Prophet and have a desire to stand out beside him. Be it men or women, hypocrites always aim to be the one on the top, to be the greatest. They consider themselves to be God, may God forbid.

Hypocrites tell Our Prophet (pbuh) and his companions, "If we knew how to fight, we would certainly follow you." Hypocrites intentionally make themselves appear as incompetent. Additionally, they do not want Muslims to carry out activities for the benefit of Islam. So, they also try to hinder Muslims in this regard.

Hypocrites are the reason that the Islamic world is in ruins. Hypocrite is a fearsome force. People are wrong in regarding the disbelievers as the primary concern. If we assume the strength of disbelievers to be 1 out of 1000, the power of hypocrites would be 999 out of 1000. Hypocrites pose the actual threat.

The world shadow state considers Rumism as a counter-religion against Islam. They have made extensive preparations, establishing the foundations of a religion in secrecy. Since they know they cannot separate people away from Islam, they consider Rumism as a replacement for it.

How can something be considered right if the opposite of it does not exist? How will we be tried if satan and the lower-self do not exist? How can we recognize what is beautiful, what is right? It is impossible. It is impossible to achieve any higher love, any higher wisdom in this way. Then we would be no different than a child, we would not be able to develop. Quotes

The British shadow state is quite arrogant and egocentric. As hypocrites have an inferiority complex, they admire this arrogance, egocentricity and grandeur. Hypocrites regard the egocentricity of the British shadow state as that of an elephant's and admire it, whereas they regard theirs as that of an insect's. Thus, they hold the shadow state in high regard and is extremely respectful of it. They hold disbelievers, heretics and oppressors in high esteem. Quotes

Muslims do not get offended with each other. The heart of a Muslim is always together with God. The world is a short, temporary course, a place of education; this is no place to make a name for oneself, to claim to be superior, to claim to be intelligent and so forth. When observed from outer space, the world looks like a speck of dust. Go further and you cannot even see it anymore. Mankind is only a particle within the speck of dust. A pitiful creature indeed. So from where comes this arrogance? We will soon be dead and gone. Quotes

Hypocrites prefer a filthy life to a clean one. For example, avoiding taking daily showers, smoking weed, committing vile and immoral deeds, hanging around in cesspools, having close relations with disbelievers and experiencing such foulness is what hypocrites always have in mind. And they wish to be superior, and run the world without lifting a finger; that is their egocentricity and arrogance. They seek to stay in touch with a bad lot, and undertake dangerous ventures. God belittles those who think highly of themselves, and dignifies those who show humility. Egocentricity and delusions of grandeur are not befitting of believers. Quotes

Foppery, being a smart-aleck and arrogance generates rage in people. It’s not acceptable to preach Islam with such a tone. What matters is sincerity. Quotes

Self-criticism is crucial to prevent arrogance. If one thinks of himself as immune to mistakes, he’s already fallen into satan’s trap; self-criticism is a remedy. God forbid, those who refrain from it will only hurt themselves. Quotes

If a person is very egocentric, if he likes himself a lot, if he has an extreme air of haughtiness, all his body becomes egocentric. The whole body becomes his ego. His whole body becomes sick. I mean he becomes insane. That is what happened to Pharaoh, to Nimrod. They lost their sanity. When that is the case, satan settles in their body. They become unable to act rationally and in a balanced manner. They lose the ability to be reasonable. Quotes

You would appear as a mad person when you boast, when you become haughty. That would be very repellent and you wouldn't be loved. When you boast, when you act haughtily you make yourself unlovable. Why do you boast? Why do you act haughtily? You do so, to make people love you, right? Actually it has the exact opposite effect and you lose all the love you have. Quotes

Fiercely defending one's own desires is a mental illness. One should get a grip on himself in this situation and take refuge in God. He should ask himself, "How did I turn into such an abnormal person?" He should listen to what others have to say in a reasonable manner. A Muslim is open to 'al-amr bi-l-maʿrūf wa-n-nahy ʿani-l-munkar' (enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong). Therefore, he becomes wiser with ease. Quotes
