Satan wants to drown people in details in order to alienate them from prayer. Bigots complicate prayer by listing thousands of things that will render the prayer invalid; however, performing prayer is quite easy. That is why God did not go into detail in the Qur'an regarding prayer; He only mentions ruqu [bowing down], sujud [prostration] and qiyam [standing up]. Perform your prayer and leave: That is it.

The daily prayer really annoys the hypocrites; they regard that as totally unnecessary but he likes the good intentions and virtue of Muslims. The immorality of the unbelievers troubles him. That is why the hypocrite does not nail his colors to the mast of unbelief.

The Qur'an is adequate. How the prayers will be performed and the times for their observance are clearly stated in the Qur'an.

If you believe in God, it would be cruel not to wake up for the morning prayer. That is because you promise God and say that you love God, that you appreciate His blessings on you and that you are thankful to Him. But then you say, "I do not want to thank You!" How is that acceptable?

One wakes up for the morning prayers with love. God created you with all these details and gives you uninterrupted blessings. In the morning God gives you food, He feeds you at lunch time and also at dinner. He gives you your breath constantly and has your heart working uninterruptedly day in and day out. If He stops your heart for a moment, you would be dead. If He stops your breathing for a moment, you would be dead. If you consider prayers to be too much for God, that would be foul play against God.

Performing regular prayers is our way of expressing our love for God. God is pleased with our love for Him, and we are delighted with God's love.

Both performing prayers and fasting is the expression of the lover to his Love.

The hypocrites would not take ablution or perform prayers if there are no one around to see. They only take ablution and perform their prayers when there are people around.

There is inherent peace and wisdom in acts of worship. If one gets tired while reading the Qur’an, taking ablution, paying charity and so on, satan must be troubling him. God created all acts of worship in such a way that they are both easy and pleasing to humans.

Information does not flow to the brain out of the blue. The brain should be disciplined; it should be educated. It is not possible to do by sitting back, one needs to work for it. Thinking is an act of worship, just like prayers.

All my friends are very meticulous about performing their prayers. They perform their prayers on a timely manner and by the leave of God don't miss any prayers.

Regular prayers (salat) are very joyous for Muslims. It is joyous to perform prayers in a timely manner. One makes preparations for performing prayers with joy.

In the Qur'an, special attention is directed to "armour". It is a religious obligation to take precautions in order for Muslims to protect themselves.

Muslims aim to save morally collapsed, hateful and spiritually stricken people. The struggle for their salvation is a religious duty. While preaching Islam, Muslims give priority to people who don't know about Islam and who are under the influence of satan.

God does not tell us to "worship Him," but He tells us to "sincerely worship Him." God lays that as a condition in any case. Love is given as a blessing reserved only for those sincere ones.

Anyone who is lenient and talks graciously earns merits. Believers earn merits for state administration for they also do it as an act of worship.

In many verses of the Qur’an, God mentions the existence of various realms. "Say: ´My prayer and my rites, my living and my dying, are for God alone, the Lord of all the worlds.” Qur'an, 1:162

The mentality in Islam that claims men and women cannot dine together, even if they are related, is a perverse one. Men and women perform their acts of worship together during pilgrimage.

Everyone would become believers had God willed so. We strive with all our might as an act of worship. God wants our efforts as an act of worship to Him.

Patience is an act of worship. Waiting as a form of worship is called patience. In toleration, one simply endures. Patience is the name of that act of worship. I mean like prayers, it is the name the act of worship.

A person, who refuses to surrender to his anger, starts enjoying the beauty of earning good deeds. We will always respond to negativity with kindness, with compassion and with forgiveness. Repel the bad with something better and, if there is enmity between you and someone else, he will be like a bosom friend. (The Qur’an, 41/34)

Some people think that being religious will make them recluses. On the contrary, Islam is life; Islam breathes life to people.

The Western countries are afraid of Turkey slipping into bigotry. If Turkey becomes modern, they will undoubtedly withdraw their support to PKK.

They think that it is heroic to complicate Islam to the point of being impracticable. They want plenty of things to be rendered unlawful. Yet they don’t even refrain from committing the deeds declared unlawful by themselves. They say, "Otherwise everything would become lawful". That is the way Islam is; everything is lawful. Unlawful deeds are in the few. Such compulsion has no place in Islam. Prayers are quite easy to perform as well. Bigots are devastating the religion by complicating it.
