Almighty God gives a grandeur stemming from faith. That is a unique characteristic of Muslims. All the companions of our Prophet had grandeur; our Prophet, the Messenger of God (saas) had grandeur; our sheikh, our Sultan Sheikh Nazim Al-Qubrusi also has grandeur.

It is not right to pick a side among Muslims. There should only be alliance, unity, brotherhood in between Muslims. Anything on the contrary would be religiously unlawful.

Satan has acquired an enormous army. The army of the Mahdi (pbuh) is very small, but you will see that small army will intellectually pull down the army of the antichrist. The army of the satan means the army of the antichrist.

One should refrain from those who do not fear God, from those who do not act on faith, those who do not act with the Qur’an. That is because they have no fundamental law. You would never know what they are thinking. They could do anything. But a Muslim does have a fundamental law and abides by the laws of God.

Keeping a straight face, keeping silent, constantly sulking, being worn out and exhausted; those acts would make the satan smile, they would make the satan rejoice. A Muslim would never act in that way. That would be unlawful and unbecoming in the religion.

They cannot attain anything with jealousy. As they feel jealous, God increases His blessings upon Muslims even more. And He takes away the blessings those jealous ones have.. He makes them even more scrunched, more scorched as time passes. They become even more introverted, they feel depressed, they turn into loveless, compassionless, affectionless, heartless sick people with no profundity, may God forbid.

God bestows bad-tempered, grumpy, snappish people whom everyone hates upon those people with darkened hearts. And He bestows loving, radiant people whose hearts are full of love and compassion to Muslims, to people with beautiful manners, to people who love others. That is how it is in this world and that is how it will be in the Heaven.

God gives very beautiful blessings to those who have faith, to those who believe. Almighty God enables them to experience human love in the full sense; He enables them to live compassion, fervor, passion in the complete sense. He makes them live all sorts of profound feelings.

A Muslim should apologize when he makes a mistake. God likes this behavior. That is an attitude God approves. Those who are after the approval of God should do this. They should say; "My Lord, forgive me for what I've done." They should say; "Astagfirullah, Astagfirullah, Astagfirullah." God sees this as a beauty.

Evil people are also benefiting from the blessings God gives to Muslims. I mean originally those blessings are not for them, they are created for sincere Muslims and these people are benefiting from them on the side. In the Hereafter, those blessings will be taken out of their reach.

There will be slanders and curses casted upon the system of the Mahdi, upon the Muslims. Muslims should not be affected by that, they should not be afraid of that.

Religiously unlawful acts put people in distress. It would tear them into pieces. Knowing that something is religiously unlawful, it would not be possible to do it carefree. But because weakness of faith makes a person's body paralyzed, because it makes the flesh rot away, such a person would not be affected by it and would easily do unlawful acts. Actually it is impossible for an alive and fresh mind and body to do something religiously unlawful. A person can only do unlawful things if he is dead inside. A lively person would never be able to do that as it would be an unbearable pain for him. That is not something that a Muslim could ever do.

As the requisite of the testing, there are both angelic people and evil people in the world.

God creates a lot of details just to enliven life, to bring color to life. For instance trees are created to adorn and bring color to life. Various incidents are created to bring about beauty and dynamism. God is the One Who creates satan and He is the One Who gives him that power. That is because opposites bring about dynamism and color in the world.

Lack of respect brings about rage and nervous breakdown. One then starts looking for a place to attack with that hatred, to satisfy that hatred. That rage cannot be calmed down with mild acts. Such a person would look for ways to burn things down, kill, crack someone’s head open or to leave him a bloody mess. His nerves will be calmed a little bit only when one sees blood. It is the characteristic of the satan: satan is only satisfied with blood.

If a person is in disbelief, everything he does would be a malice for him. He eats food and that becomes malicious for him; he goes out to the streets and that becomes malicious for him; whatever he does brings about malice. There would be no benevolence for him. If a person is sincere and devout, if he has a clean heart, there would be goodness in everything he does.

We will demolish the rule of satan. The rule of the system of the Mahdi will come. The rule of God, the rule of our Lord will come.

A Muslim should be alert against insanity, against running amok; that is a plot of satan. Satan wants to drag people into Hell. It wants to drag people to its side. A Muslim should not accept that because he knows that it is religiously unlawful; he would seek refuge in Almighty God and say, “God is enough for us and the Best of Guardians,” and avoid unlawful conduct.

Satan helps those with weak sagacity. Satan attracts them. But Muslims do not fall prey to such plots. Satan doesn’t have any power over Muslims.

Satan is an interesting creature. I mean no concrete intervention on humans can be seen during the course of one's life. We understand that he employs methods such as dragging people into sentimentality, into pessimism.

A Muslim, a devout person might have difficulties in understanding satan but the disbeliever thoroughly knows the satan. A Muslim wouldn't have such cooperation, such a connection with satan. That is because Muslim wins every time, and thus he takes no account of satan. For instance, he behaves patiently whenever there is something to be patient about, he never stoops to egoism on occasions one might behave egotistically.

Satan obtains results rapidly in unbelievers. I mean he gets very fast results one after the other. He can escalate anger to the highest levels instantly so much so that one person goes and shoots another. He makes them persecute others instantly or be disloyal in a moment.

Satan would want to blow down a successful Muslim. If that Muslim is doing something beneficial, satan would want to render it ineffective. For instance, he is writing a book, satan would want to stop it. He is preaching religion but satan would want him to stop. He is talking about something good and satan would want him to stop.

Bediuzzaman says; “I would have come to Istanbul even if I were in Mecca or Medina.” He says; “Turkey is the center of the Islamic Union.” Bediuzzaman has always implemented a policy based on Istanbul.

The vast majority of the Turkish people are Ataturkist, intellectual people who have progressive thoughts, who like freedoms, who understand Islam as it was in the time of the Companions, people who advocate modern Islam. All our youth are modern. Consequently it would not be possible to enforce bigoted, fanatical understanding of Islam in Turkey.
