Give your love to God. He gives his love directly to his child and fails to say, "My Lord, how beautiful You have created my child, how beautiful You manifest Yourself." That is when God gives a lot of troubles. A thousand an done different torments. God either takes away that child from him or gives him a disease or some trouble, or takes away his riches from him. Why do you not say, "O Lord, thanks be to You. How beautiful You create beauties. These are all Your manifestations"?

God wants to be loved with a profound love. God wants a deep, attentive rapport. For instance, God says, "Be thankful to me, render your thanks and invoke My Name frequently." The goal here is to establish a constant connection with Him. God loves to be loved but He loves to be loved greatly and that is Almighty God's due. That is because He is the Owner of everything, He is the Owner of all beauties.

What good would it be if one is in Heaven unless he doesn't feel love for God? Muslims take great pleasure from Heaven because they love God.

It is Almighty God's due to be loved. He is the Owner of everything, He is the Creator of everything. Then one comes along and forgets God and focuses merely on his own interests.

God wants to be loved a lot. Not paying attention to Him offends Almighty God a lot. I mean it offends God. That is why He responds with such troubles cast upon them. This is the reason behind the ruin of the Islamic world.

One acts impertinently against our Prophet (saas) and God heaps troubles upon him. He struggles against religion and God heaps troubles upon him. He strives against Islam and God heaps troubles upon him. He struggles against the champion of Islam, against a person serving God and God heaps troubles upon him. Observe what happens to such people and you will see: You will see that whoever struggles against the saints of God, against those who struggle in the Path of God, is plagued by God.

A Muslim should hold on to God to death. He should accept being martyred, becoming a veteran, to be imprisoned, to be put into an asylum. He should be able to be thankful to God when those things happen. Then God opens his path to the utmost.

There is no patience in Heaven, there is no courage, there is no reason to be courageous. You cannot be patient, courageous, brave. There is nothing to resign one's self to. Purity, self-sacrifice, none of those exist in Heaven. It is the abode of fun. Of course there is being thankful and praising, there is seeing the Manifestations of God and loving.

There is a special system organizing poverty in the world. There are individuals leading that system and there are those who give orders to them as well. There are those who give orders to those who give orders. There are those who they cannot see giving orders. Poverty is specifically being organized and they cannot stop it. God says, "I bring about poverty when they fail to be thankful." What God says happens, people cannot stop it.

God creates millions, billions, trillions of wonders in this world, so much so that it is innumerable. God wants those blessings appreciated, He wants the artistry He created to be seen and appreciated individually. God says "If you tried to number God's blessings, you could never count them."

One says ,"When I make a mistake, my good conscience disturbs me, it makes me unable to breath." That stems from letting Satan suffocate you. Why is there the need for that, my brother? You simply put your trust in God and that is it, you repent to God. What does repentance mean? You hope God will accept your repentance. Then, what does being suffocated mean? That would mean that you do not trust God. If you've made a mistake, you've made the mistake in your destiny. Did you decide to never to do it again? You did. If you are determined about this, that takes care of it.

One makes a mistake, commits a sin and throws himself, he suffers. This is not what God wants from you. He simply says "repent and go on with your life." He doesn't say, "Cast yourself down, devastate yourself." Such are abnormal acts; such are the acts of the idolaters. In the end God is the One Who makes you do that mistake. There is good in that. You simply will not repeat it and that is it. You will make up your mind, won't do it again.

God bestows better means, more beautiful blessings to those who are more devout and that is visible. But of course Muslims will be patient. I mean Muslims should see the beauty beneath the ordeals and the beauty beneath the blessings.

“Thank” is a word of love. What does thanking God mean? It means my Lord, I do love You very much, I do love You madly. I extend my endless thanks to You. This is the meaning of hamd (thanks).

Making mention of the blessings of God is crucial. One would become egoistical and abnormal when he forgets to do that, his heart would not be in anything he does: May God forbid. That is why God tells us to invoke His Name. Invoking the Name of God would bring relief and beauty to one's heart.

People resisted every Messenger sent by God. What draws God's wrath is that all the Messengers are very honest, sincere and righteous. And that those people fiercely stand aloof from them, even though they are well aware of the fact that they are mistaken and are on the wrong path and that the Messengers of God are honest, sincere and veracious. In that case, what they do deserves troubles so God plagues them.

How does one pray when he is harmed somehow? Perfectly. How is one's connection with God? Perfect. How is his respect? Perfect. But he has been harmed with troubles; he is not motivated without those troubles. Why are you waiting for those troubles to hit you? One should constantly be in the state he is when troubles hit him.

Troubles and afflictions only sharpen and strengthen people. This is the way God disciplines. Or else a great portion of people would remain heedless.

Eat, drink and travel; anyone can do that. There will be hardships, there will be illnesses, there will be difficulties, there will be troubles and scourges and you will love God deeply just the same against all odds. That is what Almighty God loves the most.

God always wants love. Or else neither beauty, nor anything else would have any meaning. Think about the mansions in Heaven and think about them filled with robot-like beings, think about those robot-like beings swimming in the pools of Heaven. Such a view, may God forbid, would be painful. As God bestows that blessing on humans carrying God's soul, on those who've suffered through ordeals, difficulties, an amazing beauty would be formed. With that, Heaven would find its meaning and by that, God would be measured with His true measure.

Almighty God gives blessings in abundance but the lack of thanking Him for those blessings is really irritating. You are invited to a palace, there are amazing foods, desserts, yet you simply eat them and leave yelling and kicking the door with your foot on your way out. Neither a thank you, nor any admiration; that would of course draw scourges upon you.

One shouldn't say to someone who mended his ways, his intentions, "You are a hypocrite; you have always been a hypocrite." If he shed himself of his hypocrisy, then we should take their final disposition as basis. It is a good thing, you should be happy about him. If you are going to talk about the past, what kind of person were you? You were not aware of religion or faith either; God put you on the true path. When a person mends his ways, he is accepted. If God accepts him, then you have no other choice.

If you want God to forgive you, you should be forgiving as well. You should not be vindictive. They will just be given the punishment they deserve in this world within the framework of laws. Alright; that will be enough. There is no need for grudge and hostility on top of that. If he repents, he will be your brother.

God says that He will accept the repentance of an idolater or a hypocrite, whoever repents. One needs to refrain from using language that abandons hope of God’s Mercy.

The US used to praise God's name profusely and it used to be rich. They started to grovel when they started to invoke God's name less and less. Russia used to invoke God's name less and they were groveling. Now they've started to talk about God and God gave them a little relief.
