A Muslim is a person that follows the Qur'an. Those that build a different religion by adding and removing commandments from the Quran, are idolaters.

Rendering judgment in the name of God and inventing new lawful and unlawful acts in the name of God means ascribing partners to God and that is why bigots are also idolaters.

For a believer martyrdom is a wedding, it is not a funeral. Martyrs are alive.

Abdulaziz is a blessed, saintly Sultan who has attained the rank of martyrdom.

Our martyrs who made their bodies shields before the coup plotters are lambs in Heaven. All of them are lions and so courageous.

God says that He will accept the repentance of an idolater or a hypocrite, whoever repents. One needs to refrain from using language that abandons hope of God’s Mercy.

The idolatrous system acts according to what is learned from ancestors, not according to what God has sent down. It advises to live religion as learned from ancestors.

Paradise is a place of joy. Those who can't appreciate delight and love due to idolatrous immorality here would not take pleasure in Heaven.

By inventing an understanding of an insincere, timid, player and idolater kind of Muslim, they wanted to wipe out the sincere, warm and true Muslim model.

There is no gloom and sadness in the realm of the martyrs. Martyrs are always in delight.

The realm of the martyrs is glorified place; martyrs continue their worship fastidiously there.

In the realm of the martyrs the logic of this world is totally altered. In fact the life in this world is similar to the kingdom of dreams.

Muslims are being martyred en masse, yet certain scholars still instigate conflict between Shia and Sunni. They don't strive for Islamic unity. Some scholars are oblivious to the disastrous bloodshed of Muslims. If they were mindful altogether, the Islamic world would unite right away. Bediuzzaman Said Nursi also emphasized that the only solution is to establish the Islamic Union on the foundations of the truth of the Qur'an.

It would be a grave mistake to use all our military power, weapons, means and munitions against ISIS when the activities of the PKK are so self-evident, when the PKK militants martyr our soldiers, our policemen every day, when they explode bombs all around Turkey.

Mourning was practiced by ancient Summerians, Akkadians, Hittites, Egyptians and other idol-worshiping tribes; it is forbidden in the Quran through a large number of verses and hadiths. It completely contradicts putting trust in God.

Our Prophet (pbuh) had a piercing gaze. Why? Because his heart was always with God. He feared God. But polytheists would stare vacantly. Because they would only care for the fullness of their stomachs. They were like animals, even lower than animals. Therefore, they would have animal-like gazes.

Mourning is unlawful according to religion, it is an ancient pagan custom. As the ancient Sumerians, ancient Egyptians, Persians, Hittites did not believe in the afterlife, in martyrdom, they considered death as a disaster. They would cry as to rebel against God. Us Muslims regard martyrdom as [achieving] an honorable rank.

God says that unbelievers ‘don't use their reason’. Believers therefore should use their reason, read, learn and research all the time.

God creates and God takes away life. A believer won't feel sad to see a beloved pass. They’ll be happy because their beloved is now with God.

A martyr is guaranteed to go to Heaven. It’s wrong to cry for a person that is in Heaven. Everyone should be happy about martyrdom.

According to Islam, to the Qur’an, it is wrong to grieve for a martyr. A true believer is proud of martyrdom.

Muslims are always in a good mood. What does sorrow mean? May God forbid, it means, "I do not like what God has created for me." We see the goodness in everything God creates. We see the goodness in it when we have a martyr; we do not get sad, we do not mourn. Mourning is a custom of the pagans, it is the tradition of the idolaters.

Mourning is a custom of idolatry, a custom that was in practice in ancient Sumeria, Mesopotamia, the Hittites, in ancient Greek, in ancient Egypt. In numerous hadiths, our prophet (saas) has prohibited mourning. It is against the Qur'an. It is rebellion –may God forbid- to the blessings of God. It is not an act that befits Muslims; the meaning behind it is atrocious. There is no mourning in Islam.

Let us please put aside the habit of crying at the funerals of martyrs. It is not in compliance with the Qur'an, it is not in compliance with our customs; there is no such habit in the morality of Islam. That is a custom observed since the ancient Sumerians. It is not appropriate to cry after those who have gone to Heaven.

At the time of the Mahdi, sects will end, schools of religion and religious groups will follow the Mahdi, converging under one Islam. But only Hazrat Mahdi can do this.
