Not feeling fear, not feeling grief or sorrow are precise provisions of the Qur'an. A Muslim should avoid them all. A Muslim who puts his trust in God does not experience sorrow, grief or fear.

Let the joy, beauty, excitement of faith spread all over. We want the happiness, beauty of heaven. We do not want tears. Believers should not cry and should always be happy. There is an attempt to hurt believers with grief.

Believers should always be cheerful. Humans are created weak and such a being cannot afford to feel grief; that would destroy him.

A believer only weeps out of joy and happiness. He would never cry out of grief.

A believer should always be in good spirits, full of life. If they feel down, sad or distressed about something, or they're bothered by something, the body will want to sleep to get rid of that feeling. But if one is happy, the body wouldn't want sleep, it would want to get up and live life instead.

It’s wrong to grieve for what God has created.

Unhappiness, sadness and sorrow are not a characteristic of Muslims but of unbelievers. Muslims are happy and joyful because of their faith.

Muslims are always in a good mood. What does sorrow mean? May God forbid, it means, "I do not like what God has created for me." We see the goodness in everything God creates. We see the goodness in it when we have a martyr; we do not get sad, we do not mourn. Mourning is a custom of the pagans, it is the tradition of the idolaters.

It is very important to know how to implement the Qur’an in one’s life. For instance, being in sorrow, living in worry and unease, anger against someone is not compliant with the Qur’an.

In the Qur'an, God prohibited sorrow. A Muslim should put aside sorrow through faith. There is no good in sorrow; it merely harms people. Sorrow is a poison that wrecks life, it lays the grounds for illnesses. Joy, on the other hand, is nourishment for the body.

A truly healthy life is possible only by following the Qur’an. The Qur’an cures. When people follow the Qur’an, their sorrow, despair and all their negativity will be replaced with health and peace of mind.

The Mahdi will end the sorrows of people. At the time of Mahdi, there will not be any grief or pain.

God creates and God takes away life. A believer won't feel sad to see a beloved pass. They’ll be happy because their beloved is now with God.

A martyr is guaranteed to go to Heaven. It’s wrong to cry for a person that is in Heaven. Everyone should be happy about martyrdom.

According to Islam, to the Qur’an, it is wrong to grieve for a martyr. A true believer is proud of martyrdom.

Death is not something to mourn as it means rejoining God. It means happiness for believers.

Romanticism is very risky for one’s mental health. Sadness, pessimism and lack of reason follow romanticism.

The immune system inside the human body becomes defenseless and collapses in the case of sadness, which is a state of mind that is not in line with the Qur’an. Believers should seek refuge in God from such a state of mind.

The reason for ailments like back pain, skin disorders or hair loss is sorrow and stress. Defense mechanisms are fortified in happiness based on faith.

Being sad is clearly unlawful according to Islam; it is forgetting God and it is idolatry. A person who is sad – may God forbid- is actually saying ‘ I do not believe that God is creating the best of everything, I do not like the destiny God has created.’ God would instantly respond to such an act, take away one’s wisdom and such a person would be prone to making all sorts of mistakes.

What kind of an attitude is mentioned in the verses of the Qur’an? One that doesn’t give way to any tension, rage, or any kind of disturbance in the heart; not giving way to such manners. Not feeling afraid or sad, not being uneasy. In short, the Qur’an mentions an attitude that avoids all sorts of attitudes that could psychologically disturb a person.

Crying and sorrow do not befit believers. Crying a lot and laughing less is the characteristic of the unbelievers. Believers do not cry, they would always be joyous, living in beauty and auspiciousness.

The beautiful aspect of everything should be seen and talked about. It is a terrible thing to upset people.

Muslims should not be saddened because of the attacks of the bigots, because of the attacks of the system of the dajjal. While people scheme against you, Allah is the One Who enables those schemes. Allah is the One Who creates them. How? With a wisdom.

Prophets are very sensitive. There is a spiritual sensitivity in Mahdis as well. They are all very sensitive. They see colors better, they hear voices better, they are more prone to sadness, they are more prone to worry. That is why the merits they acquire are even more.
