When one reads the Qur'an, wisdom settles in him and he becomes completely reasonable and rational. The Qur'an is the book of reason. It is a light that causes wisdom to settle in the brain. Normally wisdom is not formed in one's brain, only intelligence. When the human brain comes into contact with the Qur'an, wisdom and reason settles in. Our Prophet's (saas) good conscience was very much at ease. He was very serene and peaceful. He didn't have the least of that uneasiness of a man who creates a religion. He was very much innocent, very decent and very calm. He waited for revelation with patience. When the revelations came, the hafiz attending memorized them instantly. He also memorized the verses and had no interference on the revelations other than that.
